The Door designer that Came out to our house and assisted us was Stacey Conod. Stacey was extremely professional and helpful in assisting us with selecting our garage doors and hardware. She even answered questions from my wife and I during her time off. My wife and I were very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Chris was the technician who got the joy of coming to my home. He was very friendly and very informative about what was wrong, what he could/needed to do and the price. He was in and out in less than an hour. If I ever have any more problems, I’m definitely calling Precision again!!!
