Door opener not operating properly. The service Tech was prompt and very competent. I am very pleased with his knowledge and professional manner during this call. The technicians arrived @1:15 pm which was within the 12-4pm schedule which was given to me. They arrived in a clearly marked truck with the name of PRECISION on the side. The technician called me about 15 minutes before their arrival they were dressed in very professional uniforms. I needed service for a broken chain on my existing door. The tech advised me that the chain broke due to bad motor bushing which made the chain fall off. He also told me that the door needed to be replaced and exactly how much it would cost to replace it. I gave him the OK to replace and take away the old pieces which they did. They had the new opener on the truck and took about 1 1/2 hours to complete the whole job. This whole experience was very pleasant and I would recommend and use your company for any garage door, opener related problems in the future. THANK YOU Joseph N. L

You were recommended by Norge, Union Blvd in Totowa, You are the only company we called, we never did a comparison, so I am hoping that you gave us a good price. If we find out that you did we will recommend it to friends, since we live in an adult community with over 600 units. If on the other hand I find out that we were overcharged, the outcome will be different. Your sales person was very knowledgeable. PS. My wife was a little sceptable, since we originally purchased a keypad and two remotes at Norge for only $XX.00 and I have the bill to prove it. Now we had to get a new keypad and two remotes costing more than having to put a new board in and now the new remote and keypad is universal, my wife thinks that is a shame.

I believe you will find our pricing is comparable to other service companies. Additionally our retail prices are comparable to other retail operations also. But your comparison of Norge retail pricing versus having a technician come to your home and program everything is a bit unfair. As for the remotes used, we used the only remotes and keypad liftmaster offers now for your type of older motor.

Got an appointment for the next day, tech showed up when scheduled, tech performed the needed repair quickly. I had to call for service a few years ago for an unrelated issue. The same tech that did my repair last time showed up for this repair so I knew I was getting someone who knew what they were doing and not 'the new guy'.
