Wilbur Bucardo was so great! He was very friendly and did an amazing job with the installation of our garage door. We are so pleased with the work done. After reading reviews online and seeing that Precision was great at scheduling timely appointments I decided to choose them to replace the springs on my garage doors. The service technicians called me and texted with ETA. Ryan M and Alan R arrived and inspected the garage along with the motor. They explained the recommended work in a very patient and clear manner. After they completed the job they showed me and further explained along with showing me how to lubricate the parts. Both of them were very polite and professional from start to finish and made me feel very confident with the work that was done. I highly recommend Precision and Ryan and Alan.
