Ron performed tune-ups on 2 garage doors. He identified a safety cable that was missing, as well as a frayed cable on the other door. I was both grateful and surprised. Grateful that Ron found the missing safety cable and surprised it was missing. The 2 brand new doors were installed less than 2 years ago by another door company that held itself out as professional.

Thank you for the great and efficient service. My door works really nice now. So much easier than before. Tim was great. Showed me what was wrong and to to fix it. The eye was the initial problem, but further investigation showed the rollers were really bad and in need of repair. So glad Tim had everything on truck that ws needed. Will definitely call you all again and will refer you to any one I know who needs assistance. Thank for the kind, courteous and efficient service.
