One of the garage door cables had failed. I called and was scheduled a same day appointment for between noon and 4P. The technician, John Fahey, called a little after noon and said he was about 10 minutes away and was on his way. John arrived on schedule and quickly assessed the problem, providing a number of solutions. John's explanation of each solution was clear. A determination was made and the repairs were completed in a timely manner, about 30-45 minutes. The work was neat and the materials appear to be of high quality. Other than the cost being higher than I would have expected, I am very satisfied with the work. John certainly was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Josh Orejola was the rep that came to home. He was courteous, professional and very helpful. Josh took the time to go over everything he looked at on my door and discussed what he did with each part. I am having buyers remorse after using your company. In hindsight I see that I was way overcharged for the service received. I accept full responsibility for allowing that to happen. I should have challenged the pricing before agreeing to the work. That being said, I will not be recommending Precision Door Services should I be asked. Later I will be going on social media to describe my experience with this company. I purchased 2 springs, 2 cables, 4 pulleys and 10 rollers. Tyler just finished installing a garage door opener at our home. There were three packages that we could choose from. Tyler was knowledgeable about all the packages and helped us choose what was right for us. He said he would be done in about an hour, and he was done in about an hour. After the installation was complete, Tyler explained the user process to us and took payment easily. Tyler is an excellent listener; he does a great job representing Precision. BTW... This is our second 5 star review for Precision.

Great customer service from Tyler Soni. He explained the issue, costs and how the repair would go. I needed new springs, cables and new bottom seal. Everything was done within an hour. Answered any questions I had and was very professional! The cost was pricey I thought but I needed these repairs now and not later. I would most likely use Precision again but you should expect to pay up for these high quality services.

We had a great experience with Precision from start to finish. The appointment process was seamless. The technicians, Kevin & his trainee (I forgot his name unfortunately) who came out were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced. Kevin quickly diagnosed the issue, gave us three options and handled the repairs efficiently without cutting any corners. What really stood out was how smoothly everything went—he explained what needed to be done, worked quickly, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. First of all, your technician ( Tyler) was very knowledgeable and friendly and did all he could to solve our issue. Unfortunately the cost of adjusting my track to better accommodate my brand new garage opener was so high, that I’ll need to look elsewhere. The cost should have been half what I was quoted and that’s disappointing because I felt this was the right company to turn to. Again, no fault of Tyler. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. They were easy to schedule an appointment with and the communication was excellent. The technician Matt was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it in no time. Matt also provided me with a new remote for my second garage door system that was installed many years ago. The cost of the service was very reasonable and I would definitely have them back for any further issues or new installation.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Precision's service and in particular, the outstanding technician, Vincent L.,. Vincent arrived at our house within 3 hours of our call and spent the next couple of hours in the frigid cold completely updating the garage door opener system. He was excellent - incredibly courteous, and professional. He clearly explained the current condition of the system, gave us 3 price point repair options to consider, answered questions from both myself as well as from my husband via conference call.
