I appreciated the fast response and the delightful technician who came to fix our recalcitrant garage door. The repair person was professional and the repair is fine. But this company is extremely expensive. After the repair I was left with the feeling that I had been significantly overcharged. I checked with 2 garage door services near me and that was confirmed. I was charged roughly double what others would have charged. My mistake for agreeing to the pricing, but I would not use this service again.

I though the service person was knowledgeable and present himself in a professional manner I thought the service call and maintenance was extremely expensive. I have paid a little over three hundred dollars to lubricate about 8 hinged and tighten the bolts. I did have new brackets put on safety light beam. As far garage door opener that was inspected on the initial and during the maintenance but I don’t think there was difference in inspection

This is my second time using Precision and the experience was equally as good as the first. The ability to make online appointments - as soon as same day - was compelling to me. Communication with the company was excellent. I was given a 4 hour window and was continually kept informed of the technician's arrival time by text and phone call.
