This morning I had the pleasure speaking with Katrina at Garage Door Precision service regarding having someone fix my garage door issues. In less than a half hour, David Paz contacted me and advised he would be the technician arriving at my home within twenty minutes. Sure enough, David arrived shortly thereafter; professional and personable Mr Paz listened to my garage door issues; examined the old Sears 1/3 hp door opener; gave me some options to consider for now and the future. He then went to work and completed the job to my satisfaction. If you’re looking for a talented technician with excellent customer service skills who delivers 5 stars work results, I highly recommend David Paz. After 15 years required a new handle and replaced springs, cable and pulley while serviceman was here since they were becoming very worn. Xavi was the serviceman, who was on time, called before arriving, was very polite, explained everything in detail, gave me various options, and then completed the job in a very neat and timely fashion. Completely satisfied with this service. Door was originally installed 15 years ago by Precision and still looks and operates like it is brand new. I would recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Great experience! My garage door opener had failed and my door wouldn't even open manually. Thankfully, I made an online appointment, got a text message asking for more details, and then even had the appointment moved an hour earlier than anticipated. The technician, Kevin, came straight from another job right on time. He was very friendly and professional, spoke to me as he assessed the situation, gave me several options with the benefits of each, and had all the materials he needed to get to work right away. First, he disconnected the old motor so I could get my car out of the garage, and then he got to work. Within an hour and a half, he was finished, cleaned up the small amount of debris he had on the floor, and was off to help someone else. To have such a major job done so quickly and professionally right away was a marvel. This is an excellent company.
