Your technician was very friendly and professional. He explained step by step the problems that I had. He laid out a plan for what needed to be done but was not pushy and trying to sell me something. I would highly recommend him as one of your stellar employees. Your employee who answered the phone was also very friendly and helpful. Your turnaround time was exceptional. I had a problem with an error code 4.4 showing up. Lights would blink and door wouldn't always open or close on first try. Technician was here within half an hour from placing service call. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Since they installed my new system and it was under warrantee they were able to fix it. Thank you Precision for your quick service call.

I want to thank you for such prompt and professional service. I've been having problems with my garage door opener for several months. I called the company that installed the opener and new garage doors, left a message and they never returned my call. Not only did your company try to help me but the response was very quick. Tim found the problem, fortunately nothing major. He gave me good advice to prevent the problem from occurring again. He was polite, professional and very helpful.
