I am having buyers remorse after using your company. In hindsight I see that I was way overcharged for the service received. I accept full responsibility for allowing that to happen. I should have challenged the pricing before agreeing to the work. That being said, I will not be recommending Precision Door Services should I be asked. Later I will be going on social media to describe my experience with this company. I purchased 2 springs, 2 cables, 4 pulleys and 10 rollers. I had a problem with an error code 4.4 showing up. Lights would blink and door wouldn't always open or close on first try. Technician was here within half an hour from placing service call. I called the company that installed the opener and new garage doors, left a message and they never returned my call. Not only did your company try to help me but the response was very quick.
