The tech expert, Tom Sackmann, who performed the service for me today was professional, genuine, and totally customer centric. Precision answered their phone immediately . I had a Doc Appt and my car was stuck in my garage. I had a list of errands to complete. Call Precision, set up a SAME DAY appointment, lyft to Doc. When I returned I got a message that Tom was running a little late but was still in the window of time. Tom called a few min later to say he was on his way. Gave us three estimate, worked with our needs and got everything done in time for me to get my errands done. Bravo!

I used Precision Garage Door Service because I knew they were local and did good work. I needed a new garage door opener with a battery back up due to increasing frequency of brown outs at my condo. The technician also diagnosed some issues with a spring, roller and the cables, so I opted in for the best garage door opener they had and replacement of parts that needed it to head off any future problems. The tech had everything needed on his truck and all work was done in 1.5 hours. Money very well spent.

Thank you Thomas Sackmann from Precision. Our garage door had become life threatening to our family: it fell down a few times; we were afraid to open it. Thomas Sackmann, the Precision tech, came on time, analyzed and explained the situation, did not try to upsell, and presented a detailed choice of 4 estimates with different repairs and warranty time-frame. We chose one, and two hours later, the door was fixed, and safe. Thomas manners and workmanship were impeccable. From start to finish, this was one of the best experience with a home repair company in NJ. Highly recommended.

Had backed up into my garage while it was not fully opened and cause a huge dent and the door was hanging half open. Had a great experience with Tommy! He was fantastic, professional prompt and courteous. He was able to get the door down with minimal damage.
