Thomas Sackman, the guy that came, was really friendly and helpful. Even though the service was not something I can afford right now, and I ultimately decided to hold off on the job, I appreciated the time he spent explaining everything to me. I can tell he is really experienced and professional.

Tommy our repairman was excellent!! Also, I am not sure if it was luck, but the response from Precision was swift. Tommy was at our house well within the time frame we were given. He offered us different options to select from for the repair of our automatic garage door. He was very professional and once he fixed the door, he didn’t just leave fast. The service representative Tom Sackmann promptly evaluated the condition of my garage door and whether a certain section could be repaired. He conferred with the Precision office and together they felt the requested repair would not be effective. Thomas Sackmann was a professional, personable, courteous and obviously competent technician. He asked what we thought the problem might be and about the coupon and proceeded with the maintenance check. He said everything was working, but since the motor was put in (by Precision 2007) we could consider putting in a new one and the springs also were fine, but old. Discussed with my siblings and decided for the middle motor of the three choices and to also do the springs. He told me the total plus the time it would take and was told to go ahead. After completion Thomas checked everything to see that it worked properly. Reset the keypad and two remotes. He was a pleasure and efficient. You are the company who installed the original garage door and a second door when it was hit by a car. We are more than satisfied with Precision's work.
