I had an issue with my garage door remote not working on a consistent basis. Precision was extremely quick with their response and appointment time. Customer service was top notch. When the tech arrived, I thought I was going to get a hard sell to buy all new motors and equipment. But the tech was kind and courteous as he explained it was an issue with the LED lightbulbs I was using. How refreshing it is to deal with a company that is not trying to oversell something that is not needed. I rarely write review but I had to based on how impressed I was with my experience. When my garage door openers do finally give out, I will definitely be using Precision. Highly recommend!

We had a broken spring/cable on a very heavy garage door. Precision was the first company I called and they booked our appointment to fix the problem almost immediately. The technician was so communicative in when he would arrive, he explained the issue easily and fixed it in what seemed like a snap. Reasonable price, quick and easy, and friendly. Great company. Hope not to need them again but if I do, I know who I’m calling!

Called Precision to look at 2 malfunctioning garage doors and was very pleased to receive next day service during a Holiday week. Chris K inspected the doors and provided several options to resolve the issues. We decided on a full overhaul on the mechanicals and upgrades t belt drive openers.
