Called Precision to look at 2 malfunctioning garage doors and was very pleased to receive next day service during a Holiday week. Chris K inspected the doors and provided several options to resolve the issues. We decided on a full overhaul on the mechanicals and upgrades t belt drive openers. Chris had all the materials in his truck and was able to complete the job in a few hours! Clean, professional, and quick ... would highly recommend Precision as the company to call.

Used them 2 years ago after some comparison research and just used them again when my 2nd garage door spring broke. After call, appointment was for next day and they arrived on time. Work was professional, done quickly and reasonably priced. Fro my point of view they deserve 5 stars.

My service technician was Luke. He was punctual, knowledgeable and had my garage door working quickly. The rollers to lift the garage door had worn out. Luke quickly identified the problem and explained everything he recommended I do before preceding with the work. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Precision. They were prompt, called ahead when they were able to come early fixed the door without a problem and then told me it was covered under warranty from the last time it was repaired. Amazing service- highly recommend!

Chris saved my hide!!!! What a great guy, Chris came right away and although the garage door was really jammed he did not give up until he fixed it. He saved me thousands of dollars and the wrath of my husband when he got home LOL. 5 star rating. I would definitely use Precision again!

We were very impressed with the service we received from Precision. I called yesterday and was given an appointment today for repair of a garage door. The technician, Chris, was on time and, as promised, called about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. We were very impressed with Chris's professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. He gave us two choices for repair of the door--short term (cheaper) and long term, with absolutely no pressure to do the latter (which we did). We would certainly use Precision for any future work, and would request that Chris do the work. We could not have been more pleased with Chris or the work he did.

It was very easy to make a next day appointment. Matthew - my technician did a great job of explaining my options for garage door openers I could go with. He did a quick and clean job installing my new garage door opener. He completed the task by installing the new opener on My Q app preciously on my phone as well as re-programming all existing remotes I had as well as my car. He was great to work with.
