After 20& years our old opener just wore out. Caused uneven closing and door reversal. We saw advertisements for Precision so I scheduled an online appointment. Very convenient! Our tech, Al, arrived right on time as promised! Our service tech Al replaced the opener and installed new rollers. Al did a nice neat clean job. Also a very polite young man. Door and opener works good now.

Alan arrived right on time and made efforts to repair our 28 year old openers but one was beyond repair and the other on it's last leg so we moved quickly to replacement. I google reviewed Precision as well. My friend and neighbor recommended them to me. The ladies who set the appointment up couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A specific technician, Alan Ramirez was recommended to me. He was phenomenal. Precision sent me remiinders for the appointment and kept me totally up to date as to when Alan would arrive. Alan diagnosed my issue and gave me different price options to resolve it. He then worked very hard for over an hour and installed a new motor, sensors, and key pads. He explained everything and helped me set up an app for it. The price was extremely reasonable. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

Had an issue, schedules a service on Sunday. Service person was very courteous and went over what he thought the issues would be. Could not pin point problem at time of call, so he did not charge us a service call (even on a Sunday). Sent us a detailed estimate of what he recommended that needs to be done.

WOW !!! What a great experience…. Coil spring broke on garage door in the afternoon. Service was scheduled by phone and repair completed 1st thing in the morning. I contacted Precision Garage on Tuesday late evening. Alan Ramirez was at our house on Wednesday morning to look at the garage door my wife banged while backing up. Alan was highly professional and courteus. He looked at the damage carefully and explained all options to me. He clearly demonstrated his expertise on the garage doors. We decided to replace the door. Day of service: Reminder sent via text, with name of serviceman, tracking of vehicle and its arrival lessened the anxiety and frustration of having to wait for an entire 4-5 hour window. Serviceman: Alan R arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule, very professional and when he saw the problem, he also added some more items of concern but without any sales pressure. Job: He said the job can be done in 2 hours and he was right on the dot. He then explained his work in detail, and showed a very operational garage door at the end of the job. Con Price: I was surprised $$$ but accepted the price because I felt the job and experience was very good, but the invoice did not show the breakdown of the parts and labor cost so I would know the prevailing and comparable cost from other contractors.
