6:45 this morning I got in my car to leave for work but the garage wouldn’t open!!! I phoned Precision Garage door service and by 8:30 Shane was here! Great service from start to finish! I was advised to buy a new garage door opener instead of repairing my old one (20+), and it turned out to be the right decision. Everything got updated and works so much better, new remote, new key pad, which even is compatible with my other door opener. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, with no pressure at all. The technician, Shane Havrilla, was excellent — very friendly, kind, and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. I called the company this morning because when I got up I found my garage door was open. I called the police and my next call was to Precision Garage Door. They had given me an estimate on another garage door I needed to replace, Michael Porta was the sales person. Shane came the same day and not only got the door to close but he did a fantastic job in securing the door so no one could get back in.
