The spring on my garage door broke last night at 6:30 PM. I called immediately and the operator set up an appointment for the very next morning. The tech who came out worked with me to get my wife's car out of the garage, so she won't be late for her appointment. Once I chose an option out of several he gave me to choose from, he did the work quickly and very professionally.

If there were an extra STAR, I would give it to you! Your technicians were excellent and knew their "stuff". Both Mike and Louis were on time and made suggestions regarding how to repair my garage door, rather than replace it. Both technicians are long time employees of Precision and know the industry well. I also liked the appointment reminder text that included a photo of the Precision employee assigned to my job. For security reasons, you know who is coming to your home. I was shocked and delighted with the service and repair i received today. A spring on my garage door broke and I was unable to lift the extra large garage door to leave the house. Needless to say during the holiday season this was very distressing. A technician by the name of Kevin arrived at the house as scheduled. He also had called to inform me that he was on the way. He introduced himself and he presented himself as a true professional. He was pleasant and very informative. He told me in advance of all repairs he recommended and their costs. He had my garage door working well in exactly the amount of time he estimated it would take. I want to thank Kevin. I also want to applaud the owners of this business. This was a service call that really emphasized the word "service. I will absolutely recommend this company when given the opportunity.
