Dealing with Precision Garage Door Service was exceptional! We had the distinct pleasure of having Michael Dillon come to our home to repair our garage door springs. He was so thorough and courteous and explained everything to us. Recommended replacing some additional parts to avoid any issues at a later date. The repair was completed in a timely manner and to our 100% satisfaction. I was very impressed from the first interaction with how easy it was to book and appointment, within 48 hours. Then I got a confirmation and a follow up. The technician arrived and did a full review and gave me a few options to consider. This was such a great experience I wish every service company operated like this! Amazing service! Booking the appointment was super easy. I was given alerts on my phone and email regarding the appointment. Michael was extremely knowledgeable professional technician. He first diagnosed the issue on my opener motor and showed me the exact problem. Based on his suggestions and options provided, I was able to pick the right solution and pricing. He did the job remarkably neat and everything was completed within a reasonably short time. Michael helped me with all the instructions and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the garage door opener was no longer available (company went out of business) and the universal opener he tried did not work.
