He first did a thorough inspection of all three of my doors. Then we went over list to choose what to do. I added some items to do since last time precision came was over 10 years. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a phenomenal job when repairing our garage door. It has been on the fritz for the past week and finally derailed making it unusable. I easily scheduled and appoitment via Google, and got scheduled the next day. Within less than 24 hours my garage door pully and spring system had been completely replaced and works better than ever. Excellent service overall. Brian was very professional and thorough. The web site appears to be misleading regarding their stated ten year warranty on replacement garage door springs. It seems there is really only a one year warranty on their springs unless you also replace additional door parts, inflating the total repair cost.

I appreciate Precision being able to send someone out same day, especially in the cold weather. Chris called in advance with an estimated arrival time that was right on point. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple options. You can't beat this level of service, especially for a garage door in 18 degree weather. Hands down - 5 stars!
