Precision Garage Door Service is an EXCELLENT company! Our two existing / old garage door openers were acting up & on their way out. We called Precision & the tech came over right away & installed new garage door openers for us. Both the tech who was dispatched to our house (Sean Y.) & the service manager (Roberto Z.) were AWESOME, very nice, patient & knowledgeable! HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Last evening we heard a loud noise in the garage and sure enough, a cable snapped on one of our doors. I immediately went on line and easily booked an appointment for this morning. Matt inspected everything and gave us several options and within no time, we were back in business. We really appreciate the quick service and turnaround.

Mike was a pleasant sales representative, who was knowledgeable and very helpful during the door selection process. Marcus and Ferdinand were polite and efficient despite the rainy weather they had to deal with on the install day. All in all, Precisions Garage doors provide a good product for a reasonable price. David was professional, personable and able to quickly replace our garage door spring which had snapped in half earlier in the day. Used Precision Garage Door Service for the first time and was highly pleased. I like the way they call when they are on their way. Tech couldn't have been more helpful. I chose Precision based on the excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. Matthew was extremely courteous and kept me informed of his arrival time up to the minute. I have used Precision Door in the past and they are my "go to". Matt Dewald came out today to check out my cracking noise from one door and also to bolt the hanging brace to the ceiling on the other door. He called ahead, was on time, inspected everything and honestly told me I could get by with the one cracking door that had been replaced by the snowplow driver 13 years ago. He visually showed me what the problem was. He also explained that I could consider replacing just 2 panels on the door since they were cracked, or consider the whole door replacement with the proper hardware that had not been used in the original replacement. He was polite, efficient, careful with proper pricing, and personable. It was a pleasure talking with Matt, knowing he was knowledgeable, concerned about being fair, careful in his estimate, and efficient and articulate. I would not hesitate to contact Precision Door in the future. I feel better knowing Matt was out to gave me his opinion and shared his expertise.

My overhead Garage door motor blew out and two places that I called were not able to provide service. I called Precision and was able to get a Sunday appointment....we receive a call on Sunday from Christian Gutierrez to let us know he was on is way. Christian was very knowledgeable, gave us a good price, was helpful since I was handicapped and showed us how to use all the features. I would recommend him again. Christian G deserves a 5 star rating. He is very professional. He was very through repairing my garage door - it no longer pings when it closes. He checked both my garage doors and gave me information if I ever want to replace the motors that currently are over 20 years old. so far they are working ok) I am recommending precision garage doors and services to my friends neighbors and family. Christian G. is a great technician to have in your company. And thank you for all the updates to this appointment (times of arrivals) plus even giving information of who is coming to my house. (Photo and brief background information). That’s a great security feature during these times. Also your phone staff are fantastic too.
