The problem I had was that my remote connection to my 25 year old Craftsman garage door opener was no longer working. I talked to 4 other garage door service companies. I choose Precision because they had one of most professional web sites for a local service company. My service technician was Jeffery Clemente, experienced and very knowledgeable and personal. He arrived exactly on schedule, identified himself with ID and arrived in a Precision truck. He did an analysis and explained the problem and gave me several options to chose from. I selected to replace the motor unit since the a electronic circuit board was damaged. Their quoted price was very reasonable and Jeffrey said he could start immediately. Two hours later I had a working garage door opener that was very quiet when compared to my old unit. Jeffrey was extremely helpful in explaining the new features. During the install I also received text messages from the main office telling me if I had further questions they would also help. This made me feel that I had a well organize company doing the job, My wife loves the new closer since it is so quiet in operation and so easy to use. I accidentally backed my car into the opening garage door and damaged the lower panel. The door was still moving, but it required some force, so I initially thought it might be an alignment issue and scheduled an appointment with Precision Door. Setting up the appointment online was easy, and the evaluation was free. Jeff from Precision Door arrived on time and provided a thorough evaluation. He pointed out several things I had missed and, most importantly, was honest about the repair. He explained that the damaged panel should be replaced and recommended getting a replacement panel from the company that originally installed the door; otherwise, replacing the entire door would be the alternative. I really appreciated Jeff's honesty, professionalism, and willingness to give me straightforward advice rather than push me toward a more expensive replacement. Excellent experience overall. I highly recommend Jeff and Precision Door.

We were having difficulty with our garage door - it was becoming more difficult to close. And it was rubbing against and pulling out the bolts holding the motor to the wall. Jeff came to review the situation. He called before he arrived, and was on time. He diagnosed our situation, gave us several options, and fixed our issue. While doing so, he also eliminated a loud squeak that we've had for years. We were very pleased with Jeff and the service we received.

I was happy to get an appointment the day after I called. The technician (Jeff) called in advance of his arrival, arrived on time, and was very polite, courteous, and professional. He knew what he was talking about and fixed the problem quickly; he checked to be sure that it was done successfully. He also clearly told me the options for additional service without feeling that he was pressuring me or pushing me to buy something that I did not need. I was happy overall and would recommend Precision for garage door service.

The spring on my garage door broke last night at 6:30 PM. I called immediately and the operator set up an appointment for the very next morning. The tech who came out worked with me to get my wife's car out of the garage, so she won't be late for her appointment.
