Jeff was great. He educated me on how the garage doors operate and explained ahead of time what he was going to do. In the end, the garage doors operate better than before. I plan on continuing to use Precision for all my garage door needs.

Excellent technicians professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They show up on time and communicate with you. I would’ve given 5 stars except for having to deal with a call center to get to a local office. I had to speak to 3 different people using the 800 number…..they were clueless until I finally got to my local office to book an appointment for maintenance.

We recently had an excellent experience with our garage door installation, and credit goes to David, the skilled technician who handled the job. From the outset, booking the appointment was a breeze, and the entire process was seamless. What set David apart was his professionalism and transparency. Unlike some experiences we've had in the past, David didn't push unnecessary upgrades or products, making us feel comfortable and confident in our choices. Moreover, his engaging and patient demeanor with our curious son, who had a barrage of questions about the installation, made the entire experience even more positive. Overall, David's expertise, customer-centric approach, and friendly interaction with our family made this garage door installation a smooth and enjoyable process.

We had Chris Aveta come out to consult with us on options for new garage door opener and tracks, using either existing garage door or purchasing a new one. Chris was very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough and helped us understand the options we have. We look forward to working with him and the team at Precision to install a new system in the near future. Thanks for the quick response and help.

We had our door repaired about 7 years ago and all of the hardware was replaced. A spring uncoiled and the tech John came the next day and took care of everything no issues. The hardware was all under warranty still. Even during a pandemic they were super easy to deal with.

The tech John was nice & curtious. I thought it was just a broken cable so I was shocked when I had a quote of over $1200. The quote was explained that I also had a broken spring. I asked for a break down of the quote and there were two $450 charges on the quote. When he explained the quote he only referenced one of the $450 charges, I then had to ask what the 2nd charge was. It was for a 2nd spring. I felt like this was very sneaky. It was never mentioned or discussed at any point. Be careful and advocate for yourself. The work was good, my garage door opens quietly.
