I have used Precision many times over the last 15 years and I am always satisfied with their service. They stand by their work and always do a great job. Matt was the technician who helped me most recently and he was very pleasant and patient with me, taking time to explain everything he was going to do. It was a pleasure dealing with Matt, and Precision, as it always is, even when my garage door is giving me problems. I highly recommend this organization!

Precision door people are picture perfect from initial call to completion of the job took less than 16 hours. Amazing.
I called on Friday 2nd March at 6PM to get a new garage door opener and replace springs for another door. They gave the appointment for Saturday 3rd March 8-12 noon.
Doug Zuniga arrived at 9AM and took me through various options that I have in a clear and precise manner. After agreeing for the above services, Doug did an excellent job and showed me what all he did and left the place immaculately clean. Doug knows the job extremely and is well trained and very well mannered.
First time a home service that I am extremely satisfied and would recommend highly Precision door.
I give them a FIVE STAR ***** rating

The technition I had was Brian and he was fantastic. He made me feel confident and his appearance was very professional. I used Lake Hopatcong Door company the first time I had the door repaired and it was a nightmare.
I will never use another company other than precission.
