I was very happy with the service provided by the technician, Alan Ramirez. He showed up a few minutes early. He called first to ask if it was okay for him to show up before the appointed time. I told him that would be fine. He was very knowledgeable and didn't leave until he fixed the problem with my garage door.

Tyler Soni and his Assistant were here at my house Right On Time this morning and Serviced Both of my Garage Doors Quickly and with Care for my Household! They tightened up my Springs on both doors and Lubricated the Rollers which were beginning to squeak a little after having both doors installed in April of 2025. I had Precision Garage Door replace the bottom rubber seals on my two garage doors. The technician was professional, arrived on time, and did a quality job installing the new seals. He also took the time to inspect the doors, explain a few other issues he noticed, and answered my questions without being pushy. I appreciated his knowledge and the quality of the workmanship. The only downside is the pricing. Precision’s services are definitely on the expensive side compared to other companies. While I’m satisfied with the work that was completed, I would recommend getting a few quotes beforehand if cost is an important consideration. Overall, a good experience with excellent service, but be prepared to pay a premium

I am having buyers remorse after using your company. In hindsight I see that I was way overcharged for the service received. I accept full responsibility for allowing that to happen. I should have challenged the pricing before agreeing to the work. That being said, I will not be recommending Precision Door Services should I be asked. Later I will be going on social media to describe my experience with this company. I purchased 2 springs, 2 cables, 4 pulleys and 10 rollers. The drop down box below will only allow me to choose one item.

Very professional serviceman (Jonathan), on time, and the work is high quality and impeccable. We use our garage like the home's front door.
