Tech Thomas Sackmann was amazing. Very knowledgeable and great personality. He explained what had to be done on the garage door. He made sure he covered all the options that I had for the repair. Precision Overhead Garage door has worked at my home two years ago and did a great job. This week an issue developed with a different garage door. I called and the receptionist was very helpful, polite and quickly scheduled an appointment the next Day. Very professional! Very satisfactory!! Very thorough!! The technician – Tyler Soni - was very knowledgeable and proficient as he diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener and made a repair (with parts for a new sensor) that resolved the problem completely. He also lubricated and adjusted the garage door that resulted in smoother door operation. In addition to being excellent, the service was rapid. I placed the call for an appointment about 1:30 pm and the repair was completed by 5:00 pm.

The service was on time and excellent. Damaged parts(Spring was broken ) were readily available on the van and don’t have to wait for replacements. Service mechanic was knowledgeable and explained fully. As with any home service, price was little stiffer but compared to prompt and professional service. I would say it was worth and reasonable. Overall I was pleased withe service I have received.

Josh was wonderful called me to let me know around what time he would be arriving. Once he got here he asked what my concerns were and went from there. He explained different pricing for different services. He checked everything and then he showed me the different prices for each package. He also gave me a cash payment and senior discount. I could only afford new springs and cables today. But in the future I will replace pulleys and rollers as per his request when I'm ready. One of the garage door cables had failed. I called and was scheduled a same day appointment for between noon and 4P. The technician, John Fahey, called a little after noon and said he was about 10 minutes away and was on his way. John arrived on schedule and quickly assessed the problem, providing a number of solutions. John's explanation of each solution was clear. A determination was made and the repairs were completed in a timely manner, about 30-45 minutes. The work was neat and the materials appear to be of high quality. Other than the cost being higher than I would have expected, I am very satisfied with the work. John certainly was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
