Our technician, Kevin, was extremely helpful explaining the options we had to replace our ancient set-up. I was very pleased with the work done to repair my garage door opener. I was able to get an appointment on the very day that I phoned. They changed the time of day to accommodate one of my other appointments, which I really appreciated. Charlie let me know in advance when he was on the way to my house. He clearly explained all of the options available, helped me to make a great choice, completed the job in a timely fashion and went over the entire completed job with me. I was very impressed with your service scheduling, your regular communication with us, and mostly the service guy you sent to do the job. His name was Mathew DewLD. He was very thorough, provided me with information as he was working on the system and seemed to treat our garage door just as if it was his own. He gave me good explanations about what is tired and what needs to be replaced now. I really appreciated his knowledge, his desire to make us happy and he did not try to talk us into anything. He was courteous and professional, and completed the job in about an hour and a quarter. He also cleaned up and removed all the old equipment. The problem I had was that my remote connection to my 25 year old Craftsman garage door opener was no longer working. I talked to 4 other garage door service companies. I choose Precision because they had one of most professional web sites for a local service company. My service technician was Jeffery Clemente, experienced and very knowledgeable and personal. He arrived exactly on schedule, identified himself with ID and arrived in a Precision truck. He did an analysis and explained the problem and gave me several options to chose from. I selected to replace the motor unit since the a electronic circuit board was damaged. Their quoted price was very reasonable and Jeffrey said he could start immediately. Two hours later I had a working garage door opener that was very quiet when compared to my old unit. Jeffrey was extremely helpful in explaining the new features. During the install I also received text messages from the main office telling me if I had further questions they would also help. This made me feel that I had a well organize company doing the job, My wife loves the new closer since it is so quiet in operation and so easy to use.
