Precision Garage Door Company did outstanding workmanship with the installation of two LiftMaster model #87504-267 ultra-quiet belt drive, battery backup with built in security cameras. Charlie Baldissard, the installer guided me with the best units for my needs at my house, was meticulous, high integrity, very professional with an impeccable eye for detail. He was patient, took the time to answer all my questions and completely setup the mobile app as extremely user friendly requiring no technical knowledge to operate. I had an issue with one of the Garage doors hitting my Truck as I pulled into my Garage, my fault. Couldn't completely shut the door. I called on Sunday your Service Technician Ethan Tsirulik was here at the Scheduled service call time on Monday June 2. He quickly identified the issue explained that he could get it fixed now and quickly went about doing all kinds of things to make it right. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was very friendly; polite, professional and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. He also gave me several quotes for various levels of Insulated doors which we had thought about and could consider. We've used Precision several times and always very very pleased with the quick and available response as well as the quality and expertise of the Technicians and the Text messages that kept us informed of when etc. the Technician would arrive. Shane arrived on time and performed the necessary repairs. Actual repairs took less than thirty minutes and I paid $500. Shame on me. I suggest if you need garage door repaired look elsewhere.

This was my second experience with Precision and just like the first, everything was excellent!!! I had a garage door opener installed last year and recently noticed the door wasn't operating as smoothly as it should. I called on a Saturday to schedule service and was very pleased they were able to come that same day. They always do exactly as they say. They give you a window for the time and when the tech is on his way he lets you know. When Luke arrived he quickly assessed the situation And assured me it would take about an hour, but he had to make some adjustments And he would have it running as smoothly As before. Also, the adjustments were because of the structure, not because of any prior work that wasn't done right. When Luke was done not only did my door go up-and-down As smooth as before, it was even quieter!!! He explained everything to me And was just absolutely friendly and professional. Thank you so much!! I have told friends and family about Precision. It's so nice to be able to call a company that values customer service & Is a pleasure to deal with!
