Josh was wonderful called me to let me know around what time he would be arriving. Once he got here he asked what my concerns were and went from there. He explained different pricing for different services. He checked everything and then he showed me the different prices for each package. He also gave me a cash payment and senior discount. I could only afford new springs and cables today. But in the future I will replace pulleys and rollers as per his request when I'm ready. I USED TO LIVE IN NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ A FEW YEARS AGO AND YOU SERVICED MY DAD'S GARAGES AND WE WERE ALWAYS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THAT IS WHY I LOOKED YOU GUYS UP ON THE INTERNET! One of the garage door cables had failed. I called and was scheduled a same day appointment for between noon and 4P. The technician, John Fahey, called a little after noon and said he was about 10 minutes away and was on his way. John arrived on schedule and quickly assessed the problem, providing a number of solutions. John's explanation of each solution was clear. A determination was made and the repairs were completed in a timely manner, about 30-45 minutes. The work was neat and the materials appear to be of high quality. Other than the cost being higher than I would have expected, I am very satisfied with the work. John certainly was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

We were having difficulty with our garage door - it was becoming more difficult to close. And it was rubbing against and pulling out the bolts holding the motor to the wall. Jeff came to review the situation. He called before he arrived, and was on time. He diagnosed our situation, gave us several options, and fixed our issue. While doing so, he also eliminated a loud squeak that we've had for years. We were very pleased with Jeff and the service we received.
