This morning I had the pleasure speaking with Katrina at Garage Door Precision service regarding having someone fix my garage door issues. In less than a half hour, David Paz contacted me and advised he would be the technician arriving at my home within twenty minutes. Sure enough, David arrived shortly thereafter; professional and personable Mr Paz listened to my garage door issues; examined the old Sears 1/3 hp door opener; gave me some options to consider for now and the future. He then went to work and completed the job to my satisfaction. If you’re looking for a talented technician with excellent customer service skills who delivers 5 stars work results, I highly recommend David Paz. Thank you also to Doug the owner for having competent, courteous, and customer focused employees like David Paz and Katrina who more than fulfilled my customer service expectations. After 15 years required a new handle and replaced springs, cable and pulley while serviceman was here since they were becoming very worn. Xavi was the serviceman, who was on time, called before arriving, was very polite, explained everything in detail, gave me various options, and then completed the job in a very neat and timely fashion. Completely satisfied with this service. Door was originally installed 15 years ago by Precision and still looks and operates like it is brand new. I would recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Very professional service. My scheduled time was 8a-12p. I got a call at 8a telling me my position in line. Later, 15 minutes prior to arrival, called to tell me they were on the way. Kevin Stasiak did the repair on my garage. He was very professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. When the job was finished, the garage was immaculate and the garage doors worked as if they were brand new. I will definitely call again if I have issues.

Tino arrived on time. Asked me why a requested a service call. Did a thorough safety check on the garage door and garage door opener. He explained what was wrong and what needed replacement. He prepared an estimate and then started to do the repairs. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and courteous. I would ask for him the next time I have a repair issue.

Greatly appreciated the ability to book my appointment date and time online. My technician, Kevin, was excellent. He called in advance to let me know his arrival time and provided me with a full evaluation of my opener and doors in a friendly and professional manner. He replaced my opener, springs and rollers in just over an hour and now the doors barely make a noise which can be heard within the house. Further, it allowed me to work inside without issue. I will absolutely use Precision for my future door needs and I will request Kevin as my technician each time. I would encourage anyone to do the same.

Your company is definitely a 10 star company! You are so organized, polite and Your staff have excellent people and work skills. We had Brian Scott and Will Gonzales come on a Saturday morning to change our 15 yr old garage doors. They were very prompt and finished the work in time.
