Tim did a great job fixing my door - I had a broken spring, but since it was clear the other one was going to fail soon, I opted to have the door essentially overhauled. Now I basically have a new door and the benefit of a lifetime warranty. Tim really knows his business and really enjoys what he does. I called at 7 a.m., and I can't believe I had everything fixed by 1 p.m.

Everything was done with professionalism, from the prompt callback to the completion of the job. Kevin N called to determine the best time to come and then again to let me know when he was on his way. He was polite and knowledgeable. He described all our options and answered our questions very well. He replaced a broken spring as well as the other spring, pulleys, cables, and hinges. He tested everything, made sure we had no other questions, and was on his way. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone. Thank you!

I have used Precision Door many times and have always been pleased with their service. Today I had an appointment time from between 12 and 4 p.m. Robert, the technician, called me and told me he could come earlier. He arrived at 10:00 a.m. He replaced the weatherstripping on the bottom of my garage door and also the springs and pulleys. He also showed me how to do the balance test and explained everything to me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
