I asked, on the phone, if there would be a service charge to reset the remote. The woman was evasive and said I would be given choices. Had I known it would be more than $85. just to do this, I wouldn't have gone through with it. I am sorry I bought this brand door now that I know it would need two services a year just for lubricating the door at $360 per service! I had my last door for 30 years with nothing like this! Nothing wrong with the resetting of the remote, just unfair charge policy.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The technician, Kilian, was great - professional, very nice, and honest. Told us all the things we needed. Gave us estimates and let us decide what we could afford to have done right now. He fixed the problem we were having at the moment. We will definitely call him back when we are ready to take care of the rest.

Killian was very courteous and professional making me feel at ease. He called to make sure I was home and even came early which was better for my schedule today. I didn’t feel any pressure to pay for services that wasn’t necessary. He was very honest and straightforward.

My technecian Kilian was wonderful. I was running a little late for my appointment with him but when I spoke to him he said not a problem and waited for me to come home. My garage door needed a maintenace check and he did a thorough job checking everything out. He was professional and understanding when I had questions. He also pointed out a potential issue I will be having and we spoke about it and he gave me an estimate right away. I have been using Precision Garage Door for years and I will never use anyone else.

I chose Precision Overhead because of the 24 hour service. I was not only unable to open the garage but locked out of the front door. I was disappointed to learn I'd have to wait till the next day but early the next morning I received a phone call from a lovely woman who moved my appointment up to that morning. Killian McKnight arrived on time, figured out the problem and waited with us until the locksmith arrived so he could inspect the whole mechanism. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. What a great combination. I highly recommend your company
