He very professionally and knowledgeably evaluated my very old opener and even older garage doors, presented various options available to me, and answered every question I had, all without ever pushing for a sale. When I decided the best route for me was to replace the doors and opener, his input was invaluable in determining the door model that would best meet my needs, and it was NOT the most expensive one! He could not have been any more honest in the suggestions he made. In my mind Tim is Precision, and it was a delight doing business with him.
