Your whole company was amazing. I called in desperation in the morning of Saturday, May 2 because the spring broke and the door got off track. Your company was nice enough to send John here same day and assess the situation. My garage door opener failed after 25 years. The technician Rob diagnosed that the motor could not be replaced and recommended a replacement system. The new system has many upgrades from the original system and works great. Rob was courteous, knowledgeable and installed the new system in less time than quoted. He walked me through the operation until I was satisfied. It was a great experience!

I have used Precision Garage Door when I first moved into my latest home back on 11/1/24. At that time we had older automatic door openers on every garage door (4). This latest service was needed to bring the 2-car garage door up to specs with the other 3 doors done afterwards. I now have a home with a very quiet opening garage door since this door is used as heavily as the front door is to enter the home. Very happy with your service initially and now, excellent repair person, definitely professional and very helpful. You don't get this kind of service from just any garage door company!

I’ve never been disappointed with anyone on Precision’s team. They've always arrived on time and they give you a half hour notice before arriving. You’re sent an email advising who is coming including their photo. Today John came to see why my garage door wouldn’t open or close. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After checking, he saw that it was the outlet and not the motor. He was very honest and didn’t try to say it was anything more serious. I was concerned that if I lost the power connection again it would be very difficult to open and close the door manually. My HOA replaced the door several years ago with their own contractor and it wasn’t a good job. The door would just slam shut when closed manually. It wasn’t guided by a spring and it didn’t have handles to open and close manually. John explained the entire system to me and suggested a new motor system that had a battery backup. I decided to replace it immediately. I asked if he could put handles on the door. I would have to push the door up until I could get my foot under it and then lift it by hand. When shutting it the door would slam down hard. The motor he installed is amazing. The door glides up and down easily and is very quiet. It has a bright LED light that turns on as soon as I walk into the garage. He also put 2 handles on the door. The price was very reasonable and he was done in under 2 hours.

The repair person was professional and the repair is fine. But this company is extremely expensive. After the repair I was left with the feeling that I had been significantly overcharged. I checked with 2 garage door services near me and that was confirmed. I was charged roughly double what others would have charged. My mistake for agreeing to the pricing, but I would not use this service again.
