I am very happy with my new opener which Precision installed within two days after I called. The technicians were courteous and professional and arrived at the time specified. After I made the opener selection, they proceeded with the installation, which they completed in an hour, the time they advised that they would be finished. After cleaning up, Brian showed me how to operate the opener. He went over the instructions clearly and precisely and was very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision.

I was dissatisfied with the last company I used, while it was years ago, it took two trips and the springs installed were under sized. Gaetano called before he arrived, even offered to get us coffee, was prompt, courteous and totally professional. He told us the cost involved with all the options available, worked quietly and diligently. He cleaned up everything, taking all debris with him when he left us with a functioning garage door and confidence this job was done correctly. I have been self employed the majority of my life and want you to know what a wonderful employee you have in Gaetano. Thank you very much, Lynne

There where a few unforeseen problems in the beginning but Kevin took the time and effort to make everything work. I love my new garage door opener. The unit is very smooth and quite, the safety sensor is great, the automated light switch is awesome and the unit tells even me the time and temperature!!!
