The technician was very professional. He first diagnosed the situation and then presented his findings and my options. Once I selected what I wanted done he gave me the price. t is difficult to find people who know all bout garage doors and /or how to fix them. However, I have Precision ome to my garage at lleast 3 times and I have never been disappointed. Yesterday was a case in point.I didnt know why my garage door wouldn't open or close and I did't have the key to oen it. Precision solvedl the problem but also gave me a new lock and keys for it. And he was most personable to boot and explained everything. He also came as soon as he was a le because I had an important meeting to attend.

Precision kept me updated on when and where the tech was. Luke was my technician.
