Luke earned his high school diploma from Elmwood Park Memorial and his bachelor degree in science from Berkeley College. He loves traveling with his wife Kerri and is a father of two energetic boys, (Jacob & Jackson). His hobbies include volunteering at his local fire department, taking the boat/jet ski out on the clear water, fishing on the weekends, trail riding on his dirt bike/cruising on his street bike with his cousins and friends. Being the family mechanic, he has always been very talented working with his hands. He is committed on leaving a positive impact in the lives of others and will not quit until you are 100% satisfied.

Service was prompt. Called in the morning and the technician arrived in the afternoon. Identified the problem and solved it. Technician (Luke) was courteous and professional. I did think the price for the job (safety sensors replaced) was fairly high but I did agree to it up front.

I have a garage door that is about 25 years old. The operating system failed and I contacted Precision based on previous work they did on my other garage door. The Tech, Luke arrived early to the scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The operating system needed a complete replacement. The work was done in about an hour. The door is now operating as good as new. Thanks for the prompt service. Luke did a great job!

I have had at lead 3 calls for the garage door banging when it hits the garage floor. At least this technician ( Luke) took the time to explain that the banging is due to the type of opener we purchased. If I would have known it would have been this noisy we would have purchased a different one. So Luke gets the 5 star, because he took the time to explain everything. We just aren't completely happy with the opener

They were great communicating with me regarding the services they offered and appointment notifications. The technician who came, Doug was really wonderful and helpful. He explained everything to me clearly and also provided me with different options for the repair work so I could select the one that best met my budget. He got all of the work done in a timely fashion and was wonderful to work with. Would definitely use Precision again if and when I need additional garage door work done.

His name is Luke; pleasant fellow. I paid $1400 by credit card; he installed a new motor, and replaced 2 garage door openers. I think he also installed a key pad on the outside of the garage door opener. My complaint is that the cost was an awful lot. My children were furious saying I got ripped off. Luke provided excellent service that not only included a new garage door opener, but also preventive maintenance on the garage door. He pointed out the many fatigue points, only one of which I was already aware, and gave clear reasons for replacing some parts. I can't believe how quiet operating the garage door is now! Great job. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door. The process to set up the appointment was very convenient and transparent. The day of the appointment, I received a notification with a picture of what tech was in route. The technician Luke was very experienced and professional. He was able to diagnose and repair all the items on my list in a timely manner. What an amazing experience from start to finish. I will be using them for all my future needs, and would have no reservations in referring them out to others. I highly recommend this company!

I had the pleasure of having Ryan Patrick Murphy answer my call for service today. My garage door would not shut when I drove the car out of the garage. It wasn't a huge problem but Ryan thoroughly reviewed every possibility of what could be the problem. He explained everything in detail and assured me that the problem was most likely my battery for my remote device. He reviewed with me my past service visits from Precision and what was done at that time (Sept./Oct. 2023). He was very well schooled in all areas that could cause a problem, He asked me to monitor the overhead light for any flickering and if the problem re-occurred to notify Precision. I give Brian 10 stars for his knowledge, thoroughness and letting me know that Precision will be there if I need them!
