We have had problems with our garage doors for years and finally decided to do something about it. We called Precision Doors and were very glad we did. Our technician, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining all of our options. He never pressured us to choose one option over another. After evaluating everything (and since our doors were so broken and old) we decided on installing new garage doors. Only two days later I already received confirmation that our doors are ordered and will be ready in a few days. We have been very pleased with our experience with Precision Doors so far and are confident our doors will be installed professionally. We would certainly recommend Precision Doors to others and would highly recommend their service technician Ryan.

Jack was here today at my home and his courteous and helpful nature would make me return again. He made me feel extremely confident in what he was doing to correct my broken spring on my garage door and took the time to explain and show me everything that was fixed. We called because we had a problem with our garage door remote. Rob came on time and worked very hard trying to synchronize a new remote with the opener; unfortunately our garage door opener was about 50 years old! We ended up getting a whole new garage door opener and are very happy with the results. Rob was very patient when he explained the new system to my wife and me. Our 3-car garage motors were outdated and needed to be replaced. Brian H. performed the work and did a great job. He communicated his arrival time, replaced all the motors, springs, cables, etc. and gave us new (and quiet!) doors for our home. He explained everything and was neat, tidy and very efficient. We are a military family moving from VA to NJ and have used Precision in both states. We are very happy with their consistent professionalism and courtesy.

The six carriage house doors are stunning and they brighten our day every time we drive up to the house! I really appreciated the receptionist trying to walk me through some steps in case there was an easy solution before a technician was deployed. The technician was very polite, explained what the problem was. He was not pushy but was clear and provided outstanding service. In the end I got more than I thought I needed, but now my doors with be compliant safe and functional.
