Our 3-car garage motors were outdated and needed to be replaced. Brian H. performed the work and did a great job. He communicated his arrival time, replaced all the motors, springs, cables, etc. and gave us new (and quiet!) doors for our home. He explained everything and was neat, tidy and very efficient. We are a military family moving from VA to NJ and have used Precision in both states. We are very happy with their consistent professionalism and courtesy.

I really appreciated the receptionist trying to walk me through some steps in case there was an easy solution before a technician was deployed.
