Thank you Precision! We had 6 garage doors installed recently and, from the estimate to installation, everything was seamless! The six carriage house doors are stunning and they brighten our day every time we drive up to the house! The installers were such a pleasure to work with- they were efficient, professional and so hard working. We don't think they even took a break! We can't thank you enough Precision!

I really appreciated the receptionist trying to walk me through some steps in case there was an easy solution before a technician was deployed. The technician was very polite, explained what the problem was. He was not pushy but was clear and provided outstanding service. In the end I got more than I thought I needed, but now my doors with be compliant safe and functional.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Service. They came with in less than 24 hours of calling them. Lou was my technician and went out of his way to help me to the fullest. I was laid up with a back and leg issue. He explained and showed me everything that he was going to do. He made me so at ease knowing that the job was in such good hands. I had Precision put in the some 15 plus years ago. They have always stood behind their product and their technicians like Lou make it so easy to work with the company. Five stars plus in my book.

I opted to have two springs replaced, but decided against a (needed) pair of sensors since the quoted price for these items was excessive.

Kevin came out today and repaired a broken cable on my garage door. He called in advance to confirm the time of his arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate for the repairs. He quickly made the repairs and was courteous throughout the process. I was very impressed with his service and professionalism.

He made sure everything worked perfectly, took the time to teach us how to use the garage remotes, and made sure the aesthetics of the wires, etc. were great--basically, he cleaned up everything. I really appreciate how quickly you were able to get someone out to my house to fix the garage door. I had hit it off track and the guys who came out to fix it/put it back on track, did it quickly and made sure that it looked like new. They took the time to really make it look like the accident never happened and they did it with good humor. This happened during one of the snow storms, so I know that they were busy, but they were very nice about my careless accident and made the whole repair process a positive experience.
