The service technician Ethan showed up right in time. After going over the problem with the garage door. We discussed three option that was offered. After picking which option Etan went right to work to fix and replace the damaged parts. Ethan spent a couple of hours and explained every step of the work. Upon completion we checked and double checked the door. Ethan then did a great job in cleaning up He is a true asset to your company

I had used Precision to fix our garage door mechanisms in our previous house in Randolph, so when the lifting cable snapped in our new home I didn’t hesitate to use them again. Ethan gave options of what could be done to fix the problem as well as, at my request, sort out the noisy 2nd garage door. We discussed options and I am happy with the one I went with. Both doors now operate smoothly and the noisy door is now very quiet. Rollers replaced on the noisy door and springs and cables replaced on the other door. Ethan took the time to show me maintenance lube points to keep things moving smoothly. Happy customer.

My husband and I just moved into a beautiful house in West Orange and found that our garage door opener was not working properly. We chose Precision Garage Door Service here in NJ because of its proximity to our home and its great reviews, which are well-deserved. Ethan, who had been assigned to help us with our problem, was great. He found that the device was very old and gave us the option to replace it or have it fixed for the time being. We opted for the latter and he skillfully and swiftly fixed the problem. Very pleased with the work that was performed at my home on September 9, 2024. The service technician Ethan Tsirulik was very, very thorough and also very, very thoughtful. He was well informed on explaining my problem with the cable and also needing an up-to-date motor for my garage and also informing me that I would need an electrician to update the wiring for the new garage motor. Hopefully, he can come back on September 11 to install the new garage door motor. I did call the office and I am scheduled to have hopefully Ethan back on September 11 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

WHEN I HAD A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER PUT IN TWO YEARS AGO IT WAS THE BEST DECISSION , THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC , THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEIR WORK WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. NOW I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY KEY PAD, I CALLED TODAY AND WITHIN A FEW HOURS THEY CAME SAME DAY. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN , ETHAN TSIRULIK WAS PROMT, POLITE , AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN SHORT TIME. our garage door has been having issues for a while. it's always been noisy. it's always been jerky. it clunks and changs and bangs and one day recently, stopped dropping all the way to the ground. called precision and they sent ethan to check it out. he was comprehensive and easy-to-understand as he walked me through the issues he found and out options for dealing with them. then he quickly and professionally went about repairing the door's issues. suddenly, it's smooth and quiet and nothing like it was when we moved in four years ago. i'd reco ethan and precision anytime, for any problem.
