Ethan has lived in West Orange, NJ, his whole life. Before coming to Precision, he attended the University of Maryland, where he studied Kinesiology. Outside of work, he loves to play disc golf and ultimate frisbee with his friends. His favorite teams are all from Chicago; the Bears, Cubs, and Bulls.

I had a phenomenal experience with Precision, thanks to Ethan! My 1995 Craftsman Garage Door Opener finally gave out, and Precision was able to come out within 24 hours to address the issue. Ethan was upfront and provided my wife and me with clear options for replacing the garage door opener. Given that our old opener was 30 years old, we decided to go with a new Genie opener. Ethan completed the installation in just an hour and a half. He went above and beyond by lubricating all the necessary parts and even connecting my Jeep's garage door opener to the new system. Throughout the process, Ethan was professional and courteous, and he didn't pressure us with any upselling, which was a refreshing change from other service providers. After picking which option Etan went right to work to fix and replace the damaged parts. Ethan spent a couple of hours and explained every step of the work. I had used Precision to fix our garage door mechanisms in our previous house in Randolph, so when the lifting cable snapped in our new home I didn’t hesitate to use them again. Ethan gave options of what could be done to fix the problem as well as, at my request, sort out the noisy 2nd garage door. We discussed options and I am happy with the one I went with. Both doors now operate smoothly and the noisy door is now very quiet. Rollers replaced on the noisy door and springs and cables replaced on the other door. Ethan took the time to show me maintenance lube points to keep things moving smoothly. Happy customer.

Very pleased with the work that was performed at my home on September 9, 2024. The service technician Ethan Tsirulik was very, very thorough and also very, very thoughtful. He was well informed on explaining my problem with the cable and also needing an up-to-date motor for my garage and also informing me that I would need an electrician to update the wiring for the new garage motor. Hopefully, he can come back on September 11 to install the new garage door motor. I did call the office and I am scheduled to have hopefully Ethan back on September 11 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
