I had a phenomenal experience with Precision, thanks to Ethan! My 1995 Craftsman Garage Door Opener finally gave out, and Precision was able to come out within 24 hours to address the issue. Ethan was upfront and provided my wife and me with clear options for replacing the garage door opener. Given that our old opener was 30 years old, we decided to go with a new Genie opener. Ethan completed the installation in just an hour and a half. He went above and beyond by lubricating all the necessary parts and even connecting my Jeep's garage door opener to the new system. Throughout the process, Ethan was professional and courteous, and he didn't pressure us with any upselling, which was a refreshing change from other service providers. The service technician Ethan showed up right in time. After going over the problem with the garage door. We discussed three option that was offered. After picking which option Etan went right to work to fix and replace the damaged parts. Ethan spent a couple of hours and explained every step of the work. I had an issue with one of the Garage doors hitting my Truck as I pulled into my Garage, my fault. Couldn't completely shut the door. I called on Sunday your Service Technician Ethan Tsirulik was here at the Scheduled service call time on Monday June 2. He quickly identified the issue explained that he could get it fixed now and quickly went about doing all kinds of things to make it right. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was very friendly; polite, professional and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. He also gave me several quotes for various levels of Insulated doors which we had thought about and could consider. We've used Precision several times and always very very pleased with the quick and available response as well as the quality and expertise of the Technicians and the Text messages that kept us informed of when etc. the Technician would arrive.
