We had contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door searching for quotes for a new single car garage door. From the moment we placed the call, their customer service was outstanding. The sales representative, Damien Gilbertson was knowledge and courteous. The installer, Marc Mackenzie and staff were exceptional. They did a great job and cleaned up everything prior to their departure. I highly recommend this company. We are extremely satisfied!

It was such a pleasure to do business with Precision! They are very fortunate to have such a kind and knowledgeable technician as Rob Zuniga. He reviewed over all the materials and did his best to give quality advice regarding my garage set-up, and needs as far as purchasing new garage door operating systems in addition to new safety equipment such as new springs, safety cables, etc. Currently, it is bitter cold in northern New Jersey, and Rob worked tirelessly through the bitter temps with no issues at all. Again, Precision is served best having the best of quality employees assisting them each day. They are truly golden having Rob on their side! Thanks again!!

Just had my garage door serviced by technician Tim Rainey and I couldn't be any happier. One of my garage door springs failed and had to be replaced. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called Precision. Tim took the time to explain every detail. The technician that was sent to my home was both professional and knowledgeable.
