Kevin Stasiak was professional. He called ahead to inform me his arrival time. Kevin explained things well and made good recommendations. He recommended LM8550W Opener Installation Package as my 25-year motor was causing trouble. I'm very happy with the package. It's so much quieter!

I cannot overstate the quality of the service experience I recently had with Precision and it's employees. From the initial phone call to a helpful and courteous service rep. to the scheduling of the appointment and email confirmation, helpful email reminders, to the service technician (Matthew) who kept me fully apprised of when he would get to my house and his fair and helpful guidance of what needed replacement and what did not, and the quality repair work with a quality product. Definitely a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Precision.

He's like a great company guy, he comes off like he truly cares and listens to your concern by the way he expresses himself. Lou, my technician, was on time, courteous, professional and thorough. Would definitely use Precision again and would ask for Lou. He diagnosed the problem and ruled out a damaged sensor. Lou then determined the problem was a damaged sensor electrical wire. Repaired that skillfully. Also installed safety cables on two units which he recommended and i thought it made perfect sense.
