Dave came to my home today and did an awesome job!! Our hardware was old, rusty and needed to be replaced and our motor was shot! He was very detailed in the explanation of costs and what my options were!! I am soooo happy! Now the whole neighborhood doesn't have to listen to my door screeching every time it goes up and down!! Kevin phoned early to ask if our appt. could be earlier as his previous job required less time than required. Great, glad that he moved our appt. up. Arrived within twenty minutes and proceeded to replace weatherstripping and performed maintenance on entire unit. Politely addressed extra concerns re: cables & pulleys. I gracefully declined Kevin's concerns. Total transparency re: work performed and pricing. Very professional and efficient. Wished that other businesses possessed a similar business model. Will recommend to neighbors for theirs & my future repairs.

Chris was great. He explained everything fully, and we discussed going from just replacing the springs to doing the full rebuild package. I am not usually one who can be up sold on the spot. I like to do my research first. Chris explained the reason behind the rebuild and did a great job walking me through the upgrade process, and it made sense. As a technician he did a great job, and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. He put 120# springs on the door, but didn't feel fully comfortable with the result. He went up to 130# springs, and found he liked them even less. He took his time to make sure the door was set right after replacing everything. I'm very happy with the product so far, and extremely happy with the service. I will be recommending your company to my friends and neighbors.
