We had our door repaired about 7 years ago and all of the hardware was replaced. A spring uncoiled and the tech John came the next day and took care of everything no issues. The hardware was all under warranty still. Even during a pandemic they were super easy to deal with.

Precision Door sent a very pleasant and knowledgeable technician, Ryan Murphy, who performed a thorough inspection and recommended rebuilding the door hardware and installing a new high tech opener. I agreed and Ryan completed the work quickly and efficiently. What a difference!

Our home was apparently hit by lightning which blew out our garage door opener motors, as well as the sensors and key pads. Precision was on the job first thing the very next morning. I would give your service 5 stars. When I called, the operator was very polite and helpful. The service technician called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He came on time. He explained what needed to be repaired and the cost. He was very courteous and ask if I had any questions when the job was finished. I would highly recommend to others.

John was great! He came ahead of time and fixed everything. I was not aware that you have hours on Sunday. Next time I would appreciate it if the receptionist informed the customer that you have hours on Sunday with no extra charge. I did ask for a Saturday appointment but none were available. Thank you! I can't believe how quite my new door opener is. We thought it was just an old motor, but when they came to install the opener they noticed a number of other real problems, such as broken brackets and seized bearings in the door itself. Cost a little more money that if I had done it myself but they got it done quickly and it works perfectly. Lou was on time, polite and left our garage cleaner than when he showed up.
