I requested a service call only to diagnose an issue we were having with a "noisy" garage door without any actual malfunction. Your service tech, Robert Zuniga, was excellent. He was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the issue and provided recommendations for repairs and options if we decide to make any repairs. We are reviewing at this time and will decide sometime in the future if we want to go forward with any repairs. We have used your company previously and have always been completely satisfied. Customer Service was excellent - from the initial call to the finished job. Brian B was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. The work was performed as described and agreed - very happy with it. The only reason I scored them a 4star instead of 5 is because of price. The job was a repair and I thought it should have been less, but I had no time to research, compare or shop. If I were installing all new I would definitely go with this company - they know what they are doing and are worth it; for repairs, expect to pay top dollar and have a very pleasant experience.

As always, the service I received from Precision was outstanding. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and the service rep Kevin was punctual, friendly and professional. The problem was resolved quickly and the fees were explained prior to the service call and after repairs were done. Precision is a wonderful company to deal with for Garage door services and I will continue to use them.
