On booking a service call(morning of 10/12/26), the service manager texted to introduce himself and set the expectation that Precision strives to deliver a WOW experience. I’m pleased to report he meant what he said . Precision delivered exceptional service start to finish. Call center (human, not Ai) answered promptly, was pleasant and offered same day service. Service Tech, Kevin Stasiak called shortly thereafter to advise he could arrive on the front end of the 4 hour service window offered (so noon arrival in the 12-4 window). When he arrived, his appearance matched photo Precision sent in advance so you have confidence that this is the person you expected. He was professional in his appearance, courteous and clear in communication and efficient in service delivery. In short, he instilled confidence start to finish. He offered reasonable options/ solutions and had the necessary supplies on the company vehicle to perform the service. Even though we only replaced the one broken door opener (with LiftMaster motor), he also offered to program the two remotes that came with the product to open all three bays. We Will definitely call them again / highly recommend. (My neighbor recommended to me after her favorable experience this summer).

We wanted to have a LiftMaster garage door opener replaced. We wanted the LiftMaster 6690L installed the installer said it would be $1800 and then reduce it to $1400. These prices are outrageous. We had it done for $1000. We’re very happy and we will never be recommending your company again to our family, friends and neighbors. I’m sure you won’t post this on your webpage. It’s too embarrassing for your company. I don’t blame you, but we will no longer be using a recommending your company for this point forward.

Service was here at 9 am which I sincerely appreciated since could not get my car out of garage with broken wire/reel. I didn't really know much about garage doors until I moved to Whippany. When I lived in West Orange, the garage was detached from the house. I didn't use it. I just parked in the driveway, I rarely drove it into the garage. But living in Whippany is different. The garage is part of the house and I pretty much have to use it daily. This house probably never had any of the garage door parts replaced. And the contact info for the previous Garage Door business was either out of business, or changed their name. Because when i googled it, the first name that came up was Precision Garage Door Service, not Danny's Doors. As it turns out, everything except the garage door was broken (springs, rollers, fading motor). The night before, the garage door made a shattering sound as it closed. Kevin explained everything to me and guided me through everything and was done in two hours. I love my new parts. I also find it funny (in a good way) that on my block, I am the only one with a different keypad. Everyone else has generic gray pad. I stand out!!!! Thank you Kevin and thank you Precision Garage Door! Will definitely recommend to others.

I used Precision at my old house in 2025 and 2022 and called them again when I had a problem with my garage door motor. Kevin, our serviceman, arrived within the promised time frame. He evaluated the problem with our garage door opener. Due to its age, repairing was not an option.
