John Delpiu was on time, courteous and professional. I very much appreciated that he called as he arrived to the job before me allowing me to know I had extra time before he arrived. The second call came to let me know he was on my way and when he would be arriving. He explained the problem at hand and all of my options allowing me to make a decision that was best for me. Garage door was not working. I called Precision and within minutes received a text confirmation of my appointment for the same day, then a text giving me the name and photo of my technician. Kevin and trainee (Phil) called to say they would arrive in fifteen minutes. My problem was diagnosed and repaired (new springs, new rollers, etc) in less than 45 minutes. Kevin and Phil were polite and thoroughly explained all options in a way that I could understand. Kevin also had to listen to my frustration with another garage service that had wasted three weeks of my time, scheduling appointments for which they didn’t show, etc, and he even apologized for THEM that I had gone through so much bad service! I highly recommend Precision!
