Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did an outstanding job of repairing our garage door today. Booking the service visit was easy. We called their Bergen County phone line, spoke to a representative and had the same morning appointment scheduled within 5 minutes. Charlie , their technician, arrived on time, having called a half hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Charlie evaluated the condition of the garage door mechanism and within 15 minutes presented me with three options to solve the issue. We chose the repair option that made most sense for us. Within an hour and 15 minutes that garage door was working perfectly. Precision is the company to call if you want world class service for garage door repairs. I recommend them without reservation.
