We made a call for service on a Saturday, and the Precision office very helpfully scheduled our appointment for the next day and kept us informed of the technician' s schedule and arrival time. The technician, Charlie Baldissard, diagnosed our problem (broken lock mechanism), repaired/ replaced the parts, inspected the entire overhead door for any needed maintenance, and advised us of possible upgrades. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. My compliments to the entire Precision Team, particularly Charlie.

On 1/13/25, I had the motor in my garage door replaced. The old motor was purchased in 2024. The technician did an excellent job. He installed the new garage door opener, provided new remote openers, and installed the new door openers outside the garage door. He worked efficiently and cleaned up all the mess.
