I called Precision Door because was having trouble with my garage door closing - they came earlier than I was expecting them which I was grateful for. David Paz was the technician - he was great!! Would totally recommend Precision Door to anyone. David was very helpful and totally professional.

We contacted Precision today because the overhead motor on our garage door was making a grinding noise. We have used Precision Door Company in the past and have been very satisfied. After our technician, Sean evaluated the issue, he told us that it could be repaired or replaced. Since these motors (both overhead doors) were over 25 years old, we decided to replace them. What a great decision! The new motors are so quiet and have more up to date features than the old ones Sean explained how to program the key pads and did all of the installation work in an efficient manner. It is a pleasure to once again, work with Precision Door Company. Their technicians are knowledgeable, competent and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I have had my garage door system for about three years and absolutely love it for its convenience and durability. I had a slight problem with door closing The other day and they had the technician at my house within a day. He fixed my problem and looked over the rest of the system at the same time. A pleasure to deal with!

Lou R arrived early, diagnosed the possible, and promptly proceeded to repair my garage door springs, straighten out my frames for a tighter seal, and then fixed my other door's springs which also looked like they were ready to go. He explained what he was doing along the way, which was very informative. Precision is numero Uno, always 5-star in my book.

The service tech, Glenn, was fantastic! He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He is very friendly, diagnosed the problem right away and gave us some choices to proceed with. We chose to replace 2 garage door openers as they are now about 17 years old. Once we made our decision, we left Glenn to do his work. When all was done, he even helped us program the remote features in our cars! That's great service! Thanks Glenn and Precision Door Service!

I am a long time customer of Precision Garage Doors. Alan came over to check why my door wasn’t closing. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He determined the cause (mostly old age) and walked me through options to repair or replace the motor. I decided on replacement and he was able to do it right away. Excellent experience.
