We contacted Precision today because the overhead motor on our garage door was making a grinding noise. We have used Precision Door Company in the past and have been very satisfied. After our technician, Sean evaluated the issue, he told us that it could be repaired or replaced. Since these motors (both overhead doors) were over 25 years old, we decided to replace them. What a great decision! The new motors are so quiet and have more up to date features than the old ones Sean explained how to program the key pads and did all of the installation work in an efficient manner. It is a pleasure to once again, work with Precision Door Company. Their technicians are knowledgeable, competent and friendly. I highly recommend them.

The service tech, Glenn, was fantastic! He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He is very friendly, diagnosed the problem right away and gave us some choices to proceed with. We chose to replace 2 garage door openers as they are now about 17 years old. Once we made our decision, we left Glenn to do his work. When all was done, he even helped us program the remote features in our cars! That's great service! Thanks Glenn and Precision Door Service!
