I must admit I was desperate to get someone quickly since I had a 2 minute window to get someone the same day. I called precision randomly from an internet search and someone picked up quickly and was able to get a technician within hours. It was the luckiest day I’ve had. Was having a problem with my garage door opener. It opened the door ok but had to hold the wall button continuously for it to close. Called for service at 130pm. Matthew, I he rep. Arrived at 230 pm. Diagnosed issues was a bad sensor. Replaced both sensors, and door works fine now. All done by 330pm. Matthew was very professional, friendly and explained all options. No hard sales. Will use Precision again.
