I can’t believe “Precision Overhead Garage Door” was able to tell me they would have a service man at my house within a few hours. Fantastic! Brian Hallock arrived within a few hours and investigated the garage door problem with me. A torsion spring was broken. After replacing the torsion springs, Brian showed me the operating garage door and mentioned my wife and I should consider having the worn rollers replaced. We did. The door operates so quietly now. Five Highs to Brian! He is courteous, thorough, and with high job knowledge and skill. He even cleans up after himself! I’m glad I called Precision Overhead Garage Door.

After reading reviews online and seeing that Precision was great at scheduling timely appointments I decided to choose them to replace the springs on my garage doors. The service technicians called me and texted with ETA. Ryan M and Alan R arrived and inspected the garage along with the motor. They explained the recommended work in a very patient and clear manner. After they completed the job they showed me and further explained along with showing me how to lubricate the parts. Both of them were very polite and professional from start to finish and made me feel very confident with the work that was done. I highly recommend Precision and Ryan and Alan.

We were kept well informed throughout via email, text . Chris arrived promptly, reviewed our need and gave us good recommendation of the Liftmaster opener to install at a reasonable price. I agreed and Chris completed the install professionally and promptly as he had all the products in his well appointed truck. Chris also programmed opener in my car, and outsde the garage door frame. The unit works very well, is much quiter than our old unit. I was able to set up MyQ App easily.

Service technician called 1hr before arrival and arrived on time. Service was clean, fast and complete. My 2 star rating is because fee for service was very high when compared to amount of labor time required. Had I known the job would only take about 1 hour to complete, I would have declined the service based on the price.
