Luke was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Communication from Precision was excellent. Luke went over and beyond to explain what he was doing each step of the way. The cost of the repair was a bit higher than expected, but now my garage doors are quieter and actually work. Money well spent.

They were great communicating with me regarding the services they offered and appointment notifications. The technician who came, Doug was really wonderful and helpful. He explained everything to me clearly and also provided me with different options for the repair work so I could select the one that best met my budget. He got all of the work done in a timely fashion and was wonderful to work with. Would definitely use Precision again if and when I need additional garage door work done.

Had trouble reconnecting WiFi with MyQ. Matt came and spent a lot of time troubleshooting, including spending much of that time on the phone with the manufacturer. He went through the reconnect process countless times, and was determined to solve the problem no matter what it took. In a situation that could have become very frustrating, he remained courteous and professional, which is probably more than I could have done. Finally, he corrected the issue, and all is well. Matt's da man!

My neighbor referred Precision to me when my garage door opener broke a few years ago. I was pleased then and I am still very pleased the professional and friendly service provided. When they are on the way to your home, the company sends a text with the tech’s name and a brief summary about them, and an expected arrival time. They do not expect customers wait for them at home for the entire time frame. I highly recommend this company!

Broke my spring cable in garage door opener. Easy to make appointment. Came same day. Brian quotes me 3 prices. Lowest was 950 dollars. I said ok let me see if I want to do this. It’s alot more then I expected I had the entire system installed for that price and thought it was too high. Brian made me very uncomfortable with his attitude change when I told him in would let him know. He was with an attitude making comments like you don’t want me to fix this while I’m here? And then said how are you going to get your car out? Then he said ok i will grab my ladder and go. And as he left he said good luck with it. First it’s very easy to open a garage door without using the opener they have a pull cord for a reason. But the most disappointed issue was I bought the cables and springs for less then 50 dollars and it took me an hr to fix it. I don’t do this for a living so not sure why it’s 900 in labor an hr. So for that reason I give my experience a 2 star rating

My husband hit the garage door and it has to be replaced. The receptionist arranged an appointment on the day I called and the technician came in within two hours. Luke Stachura, the technician is very nice and efficient. He explained the damage and gave me options for different replacements. He is professional and eager to help. Highly recommend!

I can’t believe “Precision Overhead Garage Door” was able to tell me they would have a service man at my house within a few hours. Fantastic! Brian Hallock arrived within a few hours and investigated the garage door problem with me. A torsion spring was broken. After replacing the torsion springs, Brian showed me the operating garage door and mentioned my wife and I should consider having the worn rollers replaced. We did. The door operates so quietly now. Five Highs to Brian! He is courteous, thorough, and with high job knowledge and skill. He even cleans up after himself! I’m glad I called Precision Overhead Garage Door.

I was really pleased with the service from Brian at Precision. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly (but with a thorough investigation), and came up with a workable solution, which was to replace the unit (which was from 1997). The whole time he was very pleasant and engaging to work with. I think I might have paid a bit more than if I had shopped around more, but I needed it fixed on the spot so I went with Precision.

David was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue I called for, show me My options to fix it, give me recommendations, and took care of everything. I would have David back for any issues I may come across in the future
