I decided on Precision after reading reviews in my area. Chris K was my technician and he was just awesome! He thoroughly explained his review of our old lift master motors and openers and gave me an honest assessment of repairs needed at this time. He was professional and polite and very knowledgeable. He installed a new system on one side of our garage and did maintenance on the other. He did not rush and was very patient explaining to me how the new system and remotes work. I will highly recommend Chris K and Precision going forward to anyone who asks if I know of a reliable, fast and on time service.
