After reading the reviews online and on a friend's recommendation, we decided that Precision was the company to repair our garage door springs and rollers. We got an appointment the very next day and Randy the technician arrived exactly on time. Randy was extremely professional and friendly. He quickly identified the issues and within a few minutes presented us with several detailed options. Randy then got to work and within about an hour or so he had the garage door operating like a dream. Randy came to my place at the agreed time and Precision kept me informed about the timing . Randy was very professional and helpful. He explained all the issues and recommend 3 different options. Our technician, Randy, was great. After I explained the problem to him, he inspected the garage door opener and the door. About ten minutes later, he provided the results of his inspection and offered a number of solutions to solve the problem. The solutions varied by quality and price, and we chose the one we believed to be the best fit. He had all of what he needed in his truck, and about 3 hours later we had a new and improved system. Randy answered all of our questions and demonstrated how to use the new system. He gave me his business card to follow up if we had any further questions or issues. I would highly recommend him and the company.

It was easy to call and schedule the service in one or two days. The arrival of the technician (Randy) was updated through text message on the service day.
