The technician was totally professional and personable and Precision has excellent customer service. However , I was very disappointed at being charged close to $500 for two new garage door openers. That just seems outrageous.

Tino did an outstanding job. He first assessed the situation, Indicated what he thought would be necessary to address the problem and indicated all costs before beginning any work. He was methodic in his procedures was conscious of maintaining a safe working environment. He described how all the new equipment functioned, programmed all of my remote controls both new and old and answered all of my questions. He was always pleasant and polite and even listened to an old man's stories without complaint.
