Not pushy (asked if I wanted the work done after he gave me the quote) Had all the cables, wheels & springs changed. The door is quiet now when going up & down. We've used Precision several times over the years, and they've always done an excellent job. From the initial phone call to the hard-working technicians, I have no complaints. Kevin came on short notice today, dealt with a problem that turned out to be entirely different than what he had been led to believe over the phone, and worked incredibly hard in freezing cold temperatures. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the service provided. The techncian, Geatano, was a very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I was very impressed with him and his workmanship. My only complaint is that I was mistakenly quoted $X.00 a foot for the gasket when I scheduled the service call and Gaetano showed me on the computer that the price was wrong and I paid $X.00 a foot.

Scheduling was superb. I made contact on their web site Sunday. Called Monday. The window was between 1pm and 5pm, but I couldn't get home from work till 3:30. Well I got a call from Drew (tech) at 4:10 saying he would be there in 20mins. WOW timing could not have been better. Well Drew looked over the job and explained everything very clearly. I opted for a complete spring, pulley, cable and roller job. I felt it was a bit pricey but along with the price comes piece of mind, quality parts and a lifetime warrantee. GOOD JOB!

Mike provided exceptionally competent and courteous service to our Newark home. He performed two garage door rebuilds, reducing the noise of the doors considerably. I had reviewed the website, like the fact that the technicians are certified. The prior installer had been contracted by the home builder and had made an error in judging the spring weights, possibly contributing to our problem. We will also enjoy the life-time warranty. Knowledge 5 out of 5. Courtesy. 5 out of 5. Timeliness 5 out of 5.
