So thankful to Precision for coming to repair my garage door on the coldest day of the year. My car was trapped inside the garage the night before and they were able to come the very next morning. Charlie was very professional, laid out all my options and got the garage door repaired and purring like a kitty in no time. I don't know how he could work in that cold weather but thank you!

We needed a new garage door keypad. I was able to schedule next day service, which was great. Kilian arrived well within the time window, was extremely professional, and efficiently took care of the problem. He also examined the rest of our system and identified a fraying door cable. We will be very happy to get that replaced before it breaks on us in an unpleasant surprise. I was extremely happy with Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them.

I google reviewed Precision as well. My friend and neighbor recommended them to me. The ladies who set the appointment up couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A specific technician, Alan Ramirez was recommended to me. He was phenomenal. Precision sent me remiinders for the appointment and kept me totally up to date as to when Alan would arrive. Alan diagnosed my issue and gave me different price options to resolve it. He then worked very hard for over an hour and installed a new motor, sensors, and key pads. He explained everything and helped me set up an app for it. The price was extremely reasonable. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

I was very pleased with the service Charlie gave us. I was expecting the visit to just provide us with an estimate, so I was very happy when Charlie said he could do the work immediately (and he completed it in less than two hours!). Also impressive: Charlie didn't try to sell us additional equipment; he evaluated what we had and told us the items that were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. He was also very pleasant to work with and very thorough. Great experience.
