Our garage door keypad no longer functioned. I contacted Precision Garage Door Services to take a look. Precision Garage Door Services sent Luke Stachura the following day. Luke thoroughly reviewed the issue replacing the keypad and configured it with our opener. He then performed a PM service, and the door has never been quieter nor smoother in operation. Wyatt was awesome, very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with options from low cost to high cost. While he was fixing our key pad he noticed our spring was about to snap, thankfully we caught it and he was able to replace them with a better quality spring based on our needs.

So thankful to Precision for coming to repair my garage door on the coldest day of the year. My car was trapped inside the garage the night before and they were able to come the very next morning.
