Kilian arrived well within the time window, was extremely professional, and efficiently took care of the problem. He also examined the rest of our system and identified a fraying door cable. I google reviewed Precision as well. My friend and neighbor recommended them to me. The ladies who set the appointment up couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A specific technician, Alan Ramirez was recommended to me. He was phenomenal. Precision sent me remiinders for the appointment and kept me totally up to date as to when Alan would arrive. Alan diagnosed my issue and gave me different price options to resolve it. He then worked very hard for over an hour and installed a new motor, sensors, and key pads. He explained everything and helped me set up an app for it. The price was extremely reasonable. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

I was very pleased with the service Charlie gave us. I was expecting the visit to just provide us with an estimate, so I was very happy when Charlie said he could do the work immediately (and he completed it in less than two hours!). Also impressive: Charlie didn't try to sell us additional equipment; he evaluated what we had and told us the items that were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. Luke Stachura was excellent. I can tell he knows his stuff (garage door) but he also loves and takes pride in his work. Cables was falling apart due to pulley. He fixed the problem. It was done nicely and very professionally. He also adjusted the tensions etc. He's very friendly too! Based on my experience and work, I would definitely recommend Precision Garage.

I had my Precision door installed in October 2023. Preferred Management recommended you. My problem for this visit was that the door would not close. I had bumped into the sensor on the one side and that knocked it out of alignment. I was very pleased with Luke Stachura who was the serviceman who came. He explained everything that needed to be done. Also did a maintenance go-over. Now my door is in perfect working order again.
