Luke Stachura was excellent. I can tell he knows his stuff (garage door) but he also loves and takes pride in his work. Cables was falling apart due to pulley. He fixed the problem. It was done nicely and very professionally. He also adjusted the tensions etc. He's very friendly too! Based on my experience and work, I would definitely recommend Precision Garage.

I had my Precision door installed in October 2023. Preferred Management recommended you. My problem for this visit was that the door would not close. I had bumped into the sensor on the one side and that knocked it out of alignment. I was very pleased with Luke Stachura who was the serviceman who came. He explained everything that needed to be done. Also did a maintenance go-over. Now my door is in perfect working order again.

Had an issue, schedules a service on Sunday. Service person was very courteous and went over what he thought the issues would be. Could not pin point problem at time of call, so he did not charge us a service call (even on a Sunday). Sent us a detailed estimate of what he recommended that needs to be done.

We made a call for service on a Saturday, and the Precision office very helpfully scheduled our appointment for the next day and kept us informed of the technician' s schedule and arrival time. The technician, Charlie Baldissard, diagnosed our problem (broken lock mechanism), repaired/ replaced the parts, inspected the entire overhead door for any needed maintenance, and advised us of possible upgrades. The company's website was very informative and scheduling the appointment online was easy, with many dates and times available. Their communication from the time of scheduling through appointment follow up was excellent. The technician, Randy, was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! He clearly explained everything about the job and presented different options. Randy contacted us prior to the appointment, arrived promptly and worked efficiently. The company gave me a 4 hour window for the appointment, but Randy still came late to look at my broken garage door opener. I told him that the sprocket broke off and and I showed him my perfectly good sprocket cover that he took from me and shoved it into his van and I never got that back. He took a slight peek at the opener, then worked on his iPad for 10 minutes, then came up with two astronomical and highly unethical prices. He wanted to charge me $1250 for replacing a $20 sprocket or $1500 for a new opener. I feel violated, angry and disappointed by highway robbery style business, not to mentioned they basically stole my perfectly functional part of my opener. I called them about it three times, but I am just getting the run around. Needless to say I don't only "Not recommend" them, but I warn everybody to stay away from Paramus Precision Garage door. I intend to report the incident to the BB, as well.

Our service technician arrived when he said he would. He explained what he was going to do showed my husband. Everything gave us two options. We told him what we wanted.
