Thank you to Precision Overhead Garage Door and Shane H for exceptional service. First of all, same day service! Wow! Shane arrived within the time frame we were told and did an exceptional job replacing and servicing our door needs. He explained everything to us when he completed the job and made sure we understood how to work the outside remote pad, car remotes and inside door pad and all the work he had just completed over a few hours. We could just tell he really worked in earnest and didn't rush just to get on to the next job. He made sure he cleaned up before he left and that's a real "plus" in my book! Very easy, pleasant personality to communicate to. Kudos to Precision!!What a great choice for us and to anyone looking for garage door work of any kind!! Bill & Judy S.

First, appreciate photo and name of representative sent in advance of appointment. Can't be too careful. We were updated on his arrival, important, because we have a large dog to secure. He arrived on time, answered all our questions and took care of the problem and advised us how to keep our door in good working order. You lived up to your name, Precision!

Jim Sutton was the representative sent to work with me as I’m purchasing a new garage door. He was totally professional. He explained the process as well as answered all my questions. He was professionally dressed and made me aware of his arrival time, which was very helpful. There is something to dressing the part that puts you at ease.

Alan Ramirez installed my new opener and did a great job. I had used Precision Door Service 8 years ago for two other garages and since they did a great job then (both still working perfectly), I called them again. Highly recommend this company and Alan!

I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door of New Jersey. When my door opener was damaged by a lightning strike, their service was prompt, friendly, and professional. They scheduled my appointment for the very next day. The technician, Brian, arrived at 6:00 PM after a long day, but he insisted on staying until the repair was completed. He was knowledgeable and efficient, and he replaced any necessary parts. The door now operates quietly and smoothly, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

Alan Ramirez was prompt, professional, and very organized. He informed us of the issue after assessing the problem, and provided us with the estimated cost of replacing the motor. Alan kept us informed each step of the way. Once new motor was installed, Alan gave us a tutorial of how to operate the new system. Precision has always been our choice for any garage door issues for many years. Thank you Alan!!!

Ricky fully inspected my door and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then presented some options with the costs clearly explained. The repair itself took about an hour and my door was back to working perfectly. He gave me some ideas for future maintenance/upgrades, and emailed me a quote, but there was no pressure to purchase anything right now.

I was very happy with the service provided by the technician, Alan Ramirez. He showed up a few minutes early. He called first to ask if it was okay for him to show up before the appointed time. I told him that would be fine. He was very knowledgeable and didn't leave until he fixed the problem with my garage door.

I have been dealing with Precision for 22 years and have always been satisfied with them. My original garage door opener has lasted me all these years. My door opener finally broke down, and I called Precision for service. They came to my house the next day. Needless to say, I needed a new garage door opener. They are very reliable and helpful and are there when you need them. Vincent was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I highly recommend Precision.

Very professional serviceman (Jonathan), on time, and the work is high quality and impeccable. We use our garage like the home's front door. He repaired my broken coil spring, and also changed the motor and all bearings and wheels. His examination of the entire system was thorough and honest. The outcome is game changing to the quality of life we experience every day. Highly recommend!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did an outstanding job of repairing our garage door today. Booking the service visit was easy. We called their Bergen County phone line, spoke to a representative and had the same morning appointment scheduled within 5 minutes. Charlie , their technician, arrived on time, having called a half hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Charlie evaluated the condition of the garage door mechanism and within 15 minutes presented me with three options to solve the issue. We chose the repair option that made most sense for us. Within an hour and 15 minutes that garage door was working perfectly. Precision is the company to call if you want world class service for garage door repairs. I recommend them without reservation. And special kudos to Charlie. He was an terrific professional who delivered with excellence.
