Randy came to my place at the agreed time and Precision kept me informed about the timing . Randy was very professional and helpful. He explained all the issues and recommend 3 different options. We chose the best option and Randy went right to work. Replacing the cables , motor, bearings , roller, springs and keypads. Randy took about 3 hours and did a great job. Money well invested , we are more than satisfied with the results. Just wanted to also mention there was never any pressure to purchase anything and take something I wasn’t comfortable with. Thank you again Precision.

Contacted Precision in the morning, and had a tech out within a few hours, who was able to make the full repair in a timely fashion that same visit. Charlie, the technician was very helpful, informative, and friendly. He did an awesome job, and based on his work and demeanor, I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs residential garage door work done.

I asked, on the phone, if there would be a service charge to reset the remote. The woman was evasive and said I would be given choices. Had I known it would be more than $85. just to do this, I wouldn't have gone through with it. I am sorry I bought this brand door now that I know it would need two services a year just for lubricating the door at $360 per service! I had my last door for 30 years with nothing like this! Nothing wrong with the resetting of the remote, just unfair charge policy.

Booking process (online) was easy and straightforward. Communication was excellent (confirmation, reminders, "on the way"). Provided a photo of the tech - nice touch from a safety perspective. The technician (Jonathan) arrived on time and listened to the issues I was running into with the door. His inspection was thorough and he explained what needed to be repaired/replaced and the options (and what really needed to be done vs what was optional). After he completed the work, he explained and showed what he had done and made sure I was happy with everything. He even left me with a can of spray lubricant and showed me how to care for the rollers. Would definitely recommend. Will use them again if needed.

When I moved into my condo, the keypad and garage door remotes were not working properly. I’m so glad that I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. John arrived promptly, assessed my situation, explained the problem with my system and clearly explained the possible options available. John installed a new system and also changed the rollers and springs. When done, he clearly demonstrated the new keypad and remote. I couldn’t believe how quietly the garage door now opened! Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did an outstanding job of repairing our garage door today. Booking the service visit was easy. We called their Bergen County phone line, spoke to a representative and had the same morning appointment scheduled within 5 minutes. Charlie , their technician, arrived on time, having called a half hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Charlie evaluated the condition of the garage door mechanism and within 15 minutes presented me with three options to solve the issue. We chose the repair option that made most sense for us. Within an hour and 15 minutes that garage door was working perfectly. Precision is the company to call if you want world class service for garage door repairs. I recommend them without reservation. And special kudos to Charlie. He was an terrific professional who delivered with excellence.
