I would give Lou 100 stars! He was on time, thoughtful, patient, careful and persistent fixing 2 very old doors. You are lucky to have him working for you. He was a joy to have there! And he got them working as if they were new.

Awesome technician did a great job. Professional, clean, explained everything clearly. When scheduling, know there is a charge just for the appointment, and be sure to ask how much additional charge for parts beyond the motor of a new garage door opener. My own fault for not asking, but I felt a little blindsided by the final bill.

A five star rating in every way. Our repairman, Lou, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional and extremely nice. He clearly explained what needed to be done in a way that I could understand and then expertly made the repair. After he completed the job, he took the time to show me how to program the new attachments. The service was outstanding in every way. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Tim is a most knowlegeable repairman. He thoroughly explained all of the options to completing the repair, making valuable suggestions to the final solution. I called Precision on a late afternoon, described the problem and they scheduled a service call for early the next morning. The technician arrived early, saw the problem had all the tools and parts needed and fixed it. The price was fair, accepted credit cards and the work was done in one day. A good job.
