Ricky fully inspected my door and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then presented some options with the costs clearly explained. The repair itself took about an hour and my door was back to working perfectly. He gave me some ideas for future maintenance/upgrades, and emailed me a quote, but there was no pressure to purchase anything right now.

Booking process (online) was easy and straightforward. Communication was excellent (confirmation, reminders, "on the way"). Provided a photo of the tech - nice touch from a safety perspective. The technician (Jonathan) arrived on time and listened to the issues I was running into with the door. His inspection was thorough and he explained what needed to be repaired/replaced and the options (and what really needed to be done vs what was optional). After he completed the work, he explained and showed what he had done and made sure I was happy with everything. He even left me with a can of spray lubricant and showed me how to care for the rollers. Would definitely recommend. Will use them again if needed.

So thankful to Precision for coming to repair my garage door on the coldest day of the year. My car was trapped inside the garage the night before and they were able to come the very next morning. Awesome technician did a great job. Professional, clean, explained everything clearly. When scheduling, know there is a charge just for the appointment, and be sure to ask how much additional charge for parts beyond the motor of a new garage door opener. My own fault for not asking, but I felt a little blindsided by the final bill.

I called Precision on a late afternoon, described the problem and they scheduled a service call for early the next morning. The technician arrived early, saw the problem had all the tools and parts needed and fixed it. The price was fair, accepted credit cards and the work was done in one day. A good job.
