OMG..I had no electricity for over 18 hours over the 4th of July holiday and when it finally came back on I couldn't reconnect the garage door to open/close again. BUT...I called Precision and they came within 24 ours after I called them.
The serviceman, "Josh" I think his name is was so compassionate, understanding, and took his time to get the door to reconnect. He was just so understanding and kind. Asking me if I had any questions, discussed any issues he saw for future repairs but also indicated that for now I was OK.
