Precision Overhead Garage door has worked at my home two years ago and did a great job. This week an issue developed with a different garage door. I called and the receptionist was very helpful, polite and quickly scheduled an appointment the next Day. Today, technician Josh kept me informed of his arrival time and did an excellent installation and walked me through the new equipment. A very very positive experience, I highly recommend them !

Josh was wonderful called me to let me know around what time he would be arriving. Once he got here he asked what my concerns were and went from there. He explained different pricing for different services. He checked everything and then he showed me the different prices for each package. He also gave me a cash payment and senior discount. I could only afford new springs and cables today. But in the future I will replace pulleys and rollers as per his request when I'm ready. I USED TO LIVE IN NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ A FEW YEARS AGO AND YOU SERVICED MY DAD'S GARAGES AND WE WERE ALWAYS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THAT IS WHY I LOOKED YOU GUYS UP ON THE INTERNET! So thanks again for you quick service and wonderful employee Josh!

Josh Orejola was the rep that came to home. He was courteous, professional and very helpful. Josh took the time to go over everything he looked at on my door and discussed what he did with each part. I appreciated Josh actually showing me which parts of the door I should lubricate and the frequency. No one had ever taken the time to show me. I will be requesting Josh for future services.

Excellent technicians professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They show up on time and communicate with you. I would’ve given 5 stars except for having to deal with a call center to get to a local office. I had to speak to 3 different people using the 800 number…..they were clueless until I finally got to my local office to book an appointment for maintenance.

My wife and I have used your service several times in the last few years. I own a rental apt at 6 Pebble and she has used you 3-4 times in our home on Quarry Drive in Woodland Park. The service was fine however this will be the last time either of us will deal with you. A neighbor replaced the spring on a double garage door using a different company 2 months ago. He was charged $470. For a single door you charged me $1340. Congratulations you beat me this one time.

OMG..I had no electricity for over 18 hours over the 4th of July holiday and when it finally came back on I couldn't reconnect the garage door to open/close again. BUT...I called Precision and they came within 24 ours after I called them. The serviceman, "Josh" I think his name is was so compassionate, understanding, and took his time to get the door to reconnect. He was just so understanding and kind. Asking me if I had any questions, discussed any issues he saw for future repairs but also indicated that for now I was OK. UROCK Josh!!!!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank YOU for making a bad situation an easy one to get over. And thank you Precision for hiring staff that represents your company with excellence.
