OMG..I had no electricity for over 18 hours over the 4th of July holiday and when it finally came back on I couldn't reconnect the garage door to open/close again. BUT...I called Precision and they came within 24 ours after I called them. The serviceman, "Josh" I think his name is was so compassionate, understanding, and took his time to get the door to reconnect. He was just so understanding and kind. Asking me if I had any questions, discussed any issues he saw for future repairs but also indicated that for now I was OK. UROCK Josh!!!!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank YOU for making a bad situation an easy one to get over. And thank you Precision for hiring staff that represents your company with excellence. I had a minor problem in that I started getting an annoying beep every 30 seconds because after two years the backup battery reached its end of life. Since I can live with manually opening and closing my door, I just wanted the battery to be disconnected. Precision offered to do it free of charge and the service person John Delpiu was super efficient and friendly. He even lubricated the rollers and track for me while there. Great service and highly recommended.
