I had a minor problem in that I started getting an annoying beep every 30 seconds because after two years the backup battery reached its end of life. Since I can live with manually opening and closing my door, I just wanted the battery to be disconnected. Precision offered to do it free of charge and the service person John Delpiu was super efficient and friendly. He even lubricated the rollers and track for me while there. Great service and highly recommended.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional from the second I called this morning. I had made an appt online and needed to see if anyone could come earlier that originally scheduled.
