Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional from the second I called this morning. I had made an appt online and needed to see if anyone could come earlier that originally scheduled. The representative on the phone was very understanding and accommodating. Gedas arrived early and did a wonderful and thorough job! He took his time evaluating the issue and explained things clearly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was here quite a while making sure everything was right and even did a couple of extra improvements for me in the process. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I had an excellent experience even though it turned out I cannot be helped today. Kevin came to my house and was on time and gave advance notice. He was polite and professional. He advised me that they could not help me with my problem due to the type of motors I currently have and the space limitations in my garage. When it comes time to replace my system I will definitely be calling Precision first. He also did not charge me for the visit because he could not help and was only here 20 minutes or so. Nice surprise!
