Matt was very professional. Door worked with much less of a struggle. Was hoping for a liner for the bottom of my door. Matt told it was built into the door and can’t be replaced. So much for buying from Home Depot

I had an excellent experience even though it turned out I cannot be helped today. Kevin came to my house and was on time and gave advance notice. He was polite and professional. He advised me that they could not help me with my problem due to the type of motors I currently have and the space limitations in my garage. When it comes time to replace my system I will definitely be calling Precision first. He also did not charge me for the visit because he could not help and was only here 20 minutes or so. Nice surprise!

John was very professional describing the job that needed to be done. Gave us a new remote opener and programmed it so we could press any number to open. He even cleaned the leaves out of our garage so they would not interfere with the sensors. He was Very nice and professional. Would be happy to have him service our garage door every time. I was very happy with Rick your technician. I didn't even have to be there so I didn't have to wait around. He just called me when he finished and I gave him my credit card info. I had a new back up battery installed and he did a maintenance check as well. Also, I only made the appt. the day before and was accommodated the next day! We keep getting an error message (42 - excessive force). This is from the motor which Precision Door did not install. The technician who came was Lou.
