Brian was very thorough and explained all of my options and explained his recommendations in terms of repairs to get the door working again. When he was finished, we tested the door and he showed me all of the new parts. He patiently answered all of my questions as well. I don't think it was the cheapest price for the repairs but you get what you pay for I guess. I will use Precision again. Thank you.

I am so pleased with the door. The technician came while I was at work, he waited for me to get home to put the hardware on the door, he also suggested a new remote control because the old controller was in operable.. Thank You, everything is great !!

I was very happy with Rick your technician. I didn't even have to be there so I didn't have to wait around. He just called me when he finished and I gave him my credit card info. I had a new back up battery installed and he did a maintenance check as well. Also, I only made the appt. the day before and was accommodated the next day! Very impressed with Precision Door Service.

We keep getting an error message (42 - excessive force). This is from the motor which Precision Door did not install. The technician who came was Lou. He was punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and very informative in explaining the possibilities for the error as well as the options we have going forward. Lou is very professional and passionate about his work.

Well done. The technician explained in clear terms why I have a problem with our garage door. During the installation a year ago I wish they would have told me that I would have a problem if the left sensor does not show a red light. It means it is not communicating with the right sensor. Precision explained and solved my problem.

The service Precision provided was exceptional. From the time I called to when their service technician arrived was a matter of a few hours, not days. The technician was excellent at diagnosing the problem with our garage door opener and in offering suggestions and remedies to fix the problem, which was ultimately to replace an age old unit we had been using that failed. He was in and out within an hour and a half and we are up and running smooth again. Great response time and expert competence by the technician. 5 stars!

New garage door installed today. Our first-time experience with Precision Door was great. Exactly three weeks ago when a spring on our old door broke, we were able to get a technician, Drew, to come take a look that afternoon. He was efficient, thorough and personable. He explained what our options were, what was covered in the costs and the overall process. It took two weeks for the door to arrive (we have a slightly nonstandard size). In the meantime, Theresa answered my questions and offered her direct phone number as well as her hours. Today, Kenny and Jason came (BTW, all the technicians arrived within the stated time period). They were very professional, focused, polite and personable. They got right to work and didn't stop till everything was done (about 4 hours). The new door is a big improvement over our old one. They even showed me how to use the lock function on our garage door opener keypad. They left the garage immaculate - no one could ever tell that two men had worked for four hours to remove an old door and install a new one. This is a great company and great people. Our experience was one that you hope for, but have given up daring to expect. Thank you!

I got a new garage door and a new garage door opener. Both the employee who did the estimate (Peter O) and the employee who did the installation (Brian Sc) were fantastic! I am very happy with the product I purchased and the way it is working.
