Chris was great. He called to let me know exactly when he was coming and showed up on time. He reviewed the problem with me and we agreed to the best approach and solution for the problem with my garage door (replacement of the garage door opener and refurbish the rollers, springs, etc.). I use Precision Garage Door to repair an old garage door opener a few years ago and was so satisfied that when it was time to replace the unit, I called them. The serviceman was quick, clean and explained all the functions of the new opener to me perfectly.

I live in a condo complex and knew that Precision had serviced other units. I also checked Angie's List which gave Precision a very favorable review. Brian the technician was scheduled to arrive on Saturday between 1 and 5. He kept in contact with me during the afternoon so that if I needed to run errands I could before he came. When he arrived he was very professional, explained what the problem was and my options. As much as I hated to have to replace the door opener I am delighted to have this new quiet device. Brian did a great job and I would recommend him and Precision!

We are a repeat customer, and looked up the new phone number in the Morris County yellow pages. The technician, Brian, fixed the problem quickly without installing a new garage opener. He inspected and oiled both garage door openers and described some of the features of the newer ones. Eventually we may have to replace the openers, but so far so good. Good job.

When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman on the phone asked me a couple of questions and we quickly realized that the spring on my garage door was broken. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Kevin came to my house and fully explained everything before starting any work. He could not have been nicer and cleaned everything up when he was done. Scott, my previous technician was helpful, responsive and pleasant. However, I had a couple issues subsequent to installation. One was very minor; one of the light covers was left hanging open. The other issue was more troublesome. The door became balky and then was rattling ominously and would not close. You very promptly arranged for Drew, another technician, to come and fix the problem, and Drew did fix it. He said a roller was off the track.

The technician was knowledgeable,professional,and courteous. He explained the problem, cost and service that would be performed thoroughly before beginning work. Our garage door opener stopped working and Precision was able to send a technician over the next day. We ended up having to replace the entire lift system, which was a lot more than we were hoping to spend, but Gaetano did a good job and in about an hour we had a new lift system, keypad and remote controls

Bob Z showed up on time and prepared. He assessed the repairs needed and offered up a few different options before we agreed upon a course of action. He estimated about an hour for his work and was true to his word, walking me through the final job and explaining the warranty. I highly recommend their service, and Bob Z in particular.

Service was great - scheduled promptly, Kevin called with ETA, did a quick fix, and then explained why an upgrade/rebuild made sense, so we went ahead. Not cheap, but well worth it for our primary entry portal. He did a fine job of servicing and up-selling.

I was uncomfortable having the garage open all night. The repairman, Pete Orlando,could not have been more accommodating or more helpful. He made very sure that everything he did worked correctly. Before he left, he asked me to activate it one more time, to make sure everything was working correctly. Needless to say, I would call you again if I had a problem, and would surely recommend you to friends or neighbors. Pete Orlando is a good PR man for your company.

Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working over the weekend - motor ran, but no movement despite intact cables/pulleys. Called on Monday morning and was thrilled that someone was able to come the following day. Tim Rainey, the service tech, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable,able to clearly explain our options (including prices/warranties/pros&cons), able to answer any question, enthusiastic about his work, took the time to help sync our car to the new opener via HomeLink. On top of all that, he was efficient and left no boxes/wires/materials behind. We will certainly recommend Precision to friends & neighbors.
